Waited 30 mins for 3 sandwiches to go. I thinkbthey lost/forgot our order. Several people came in after us and got their food before us. Go elsewhere if you're looking for a quick bit to eat or speedy service. Super disappointed.

The best experience, food was amazing, all the girls were super professional and stayed busy. Our drinks stayed full and tea is always the best around!! They also have amazing potato soup so filling and thick!

I’m giving 5 stars because the food was great and the service was friendly. However, I went for lunch rush and watched 3 tables walk out. This establishment seemed extremely short staffed. It’s not the servers fault or the kitchen. They just need more people! Hope management rewards their hard workers and hires a few more to help during the busy times.

food was good, but the service was bad. pink haired girl and boy talked a good whole 5 minutes, she knew i was there cause other girl told her, before she decided to get up . then watch people at tables get left with no drinks or food ordered while the girl n boy chatted in the back. not impressed.
The staff always go above and beyond when we come to eat. Making sure we get exactly what we asked for and keeping our drinks full!

Very TERRIBLE customer service!! I placed an order for a club sandwich and was told all of the items that come on this blt club sandwich by this server, received the order, and it was incorrect. I politely asked for the server to please fix a new order for me the correct way like asked, and was denied. I asked the server if she took my order and mentioned to me that the BLT came with turkey breast, ham, bacon strips, lettuce and tomato and she said she didn’t tell me that (even though I asked her two times on the phone if all of these items come on the sandwich). Please DO NOT waste your time purchasing anything from this restaurant!!!
