Such a nice bakery. I am from out of state and ordered a cake for my mom’s 60th celebration and the cake was amazing. The detail was perfect, the cake was moist, flavor was great and they are so easy to work with. Will for sure order from them again.

I have never had anything that has not been completely delicious, you can taste the love and care each item is made with. The owners always greet you with kindness that makes you feel like family. Don't forget to try the cruffins!

First visit followed by second visit on same day. Arrived at 9 am and returned around 2 PM to see what decadent treats were added. When we travel, we love our baked goods and always comparing to our trips in Italy and France. Items we purchased: Croissants, variety of cookies including iced cookies, our first Cromuffin (Croissant crossed with muffin) and iced cinnamon roll. When I asked if they ship custom, themed cookies, they replied affirmative. Thank you to your establishment. Delicious. Didn’t purchase a cake but the ones displayed were beautiful.

Quaint little bakery with the detail for the small things and the delicious, served with flare. My Mom, Aunt, and granddaughters are in town for Spring Break & wanted to visit again for cupcakes…I had the BEST brownie I’ve had in the longest; we will be back!

Whenever we pass by Georgetown, we always stop here. The baked items are consistently wonderful! During our visit yesterday we had several delightful items including the Raspberry layer cake with lemon frosting and the coffee is always great. The lady was very personable and engaging. Very highly recommend!

What was supposed to be a trip to see a concert turned into an epic adventure where my hope was restored in humanity. There was a flash flood during my drive to Charleston this afternoon. My car got stuck. We pushed the car (2x to be specific) in knee high flood waters and we waited for hours for a tow— which never came. I called every hotel and room I could find. Joseph Baxter, the owner of Baxter’s Brew House Inn, returned my missed call and said he was full but may know about a room still for rent. I simply cannot express to you what an amazing group of people I’ve just encountered. At a time when many people would have taken advantage of an emergency situation and gouged prices to compensate for a slow off season, Michael Caldwell and his lovely wife were the most gracious human brings I’ve encountered- quite possibly in life. Not only did Michael, rescue us from flood waters, take us to his AirBnB ( the incredible pictures will speak for themselves) and subsequently refuse payment but they also brought us food. Dinner that was both delicious and decadent but, more importantly, incredibly kind as there was no one delivering because of the floods. They own Indigo Bakery which is just below the loft we’re in?A total disaster but A Beautiful Disaster—Turned adventure, which led to meeting some great humans! I’ll definitely be coming back- with a planned visit- and enjoying the free brews while in-house at Baxter’s.
