I placed an order in the app and didn't realize you had to come inside beforehand I have an injury. I was refused my order at the driver thru and was told the only way is come inside, even after explaining. I then asked for a refund and was denied as the order was completed. Called 1 800 twice already and they said the store would contact me but 3 days later nothing....oh and the store number goes straight to a voice-mail that has not been set up yet.

Horrible service. Horrible service and again, horrible swrvice! Dirty disgusting store. Chances are you will get food poisoning at some point from this place. Ewwww
This is one of the only KFCs around that has a buffet. They were serving original, crisp, and grilled chicken pieces on the buffet. There were a good selection of sides to go with the chicken. The food tasted delicious.
