What was not to like? Great food, large portions, friendly and fast and a very reasonable price. We should have tried it soo er, but will be back. I had flounder and shrimp with the Sunday special sides. I hurt myself and still couldnt eat it all. My friend got the same with fries and coleslaw. So.eo e previously mentioned the slaw and he said the same. Not soaked in vinegar and not swimming in mayo...perfect!

This is the friendliest place in town. And the food and service is great.They even know some of their customers by name. It feels so good to be greeted with such sincerity. Oh the food is so good. And when you order to go it’s ready when they tell you it’s going to be ready. Thank you LamarVegetarian options: Sometimes I don’t eat fish so I’ll have grits and toast and coffee. Or I’ve had coleslaw and fries.

I had fish and chips, choosing flounder. Delicious! Food was served hot, French fries crisp on outside and a bit soft on inside, making them perfect for me. My friend also ordered Coleslaw, which I seldom eat, but tasted hers. I would order it. It wasn't swimming in mayonnaise.

I've been coming here since I was a. Kudos and always loved it. I haven't been here in ten years and it's still very very good. However the shrimp have changed. They used to have a totally different taste and look that was uniquely different from anywhere else and if that didn't change I would have given them 5 stars...This is still my goto S.C. fish joint especially if they got SPOTS... (They put a hurtin on that) ???

Wide variety of fish to choose from.Price was good, especially given the quantity of food on a platter!Steady lunchtime crowd on a Tuesday.Easy free parking, counter service only with a clean dining area. I would happily return if I found myself in town again!

I gave 3 ⭐ because the fish isn't a fresh like it use to be it like it's frozen fish and the taste is very different they didn't have any grits @10am and wasn't cooking anymore for the day. We drove all the from Myrtle Beach and was disappointed ☹️

Found this place when passing thru the area. Best seafood anywhere! Fantastic hush puppies. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!
