445 am on the way to the airport and two sandwiches took 15 minutes, nothing was hot. Ordered a mcgriddle and they literally just gave me a bun with nothing on it. Seriously?

Never had a problem stopping in here before but the food this time was just a big no. Found a hair in the middle of my Big Mac of the short curly type. The Big Mac presentation was terrible from the get-go with tore up patties the whole thing just completely falling apart before I can pick it up just looking gross. The soda machine had no carbonation left everything was flat. I don't want to have to pick through my food every time I order to make sure there's nothing in it that shouldn't be there. Big Mac Patty's taste like they were seasoned in dirty dish water. The only thing that was actually good was the McDouble which is sad because that's supposed to be the cheapest thing on the menu. Georgetown has the worst drive-through’s so does Pawleys Island they need to hire better help or learn how to help to work instead of sitting in line for an hour to get food
Always gets order messed up. Employees act like they are doing you a favor. They stand around and talk to their friends while u wait for service.

I was honestly pleasantly surprised when we stopped in for breakfast on our way from Charleston to Myrtle Beach on 9/28/2024. The restaurant was clean and the counter staff was very friendly, clean and courteous. The food expeditor, Maria was very friendly and personable. Food was hot and fresh. I am not usually impressed with fast food operations but I have to give credit when credit is due.
