Food was barely hot. Tried to give us a milkshake that wasn't full. The actual shake only filled a little over half of the cup and they filled the rest with whip cream. When I asked them to remake it they got attitude. The kiosk machines where you place your orders never have paper in them. Will be a while before I go back.

OMGosh they were so busy. My order was a bit delayed but nothing that was a big deal. However when staff noticed me waiting they immediately checked to make sure they hadn't missed an order. (They hadn't) It was coming up and they were on it. Super super pleasant too. They were so friendly to everyone.

The 3 to 10pm workers have horrible attitudes and the lines take forever.
After 19 forget even getting food, multiple times the wait has exceeded 20 minutes in the drive thru.
Their ice cream machine is always down, their mocha frappe machine is down all the time but the one white girl who works the first window is RUDE and acts like me or my family is an inconvenience...
