For the third time I only received one pepperoni per slice on my personal pan pizza and they were small. They overload the ham (last time it was sausage). Cheese was scarce. The boneless buffalo chicken was good. The ranch was not included so I didn't bother.

The place and service is great, but the food, not so much. Literally half of my family got food poisoned for eating pizza. We also had some bread sticks and cinnamon sticks. They tasted okay in a way, but I would not recommend if you wanna go and get some cheap pizza, if anything. Go to Little Caesars in Andrews, it's worth it!!

I recently had a disappointing experience at this Gtown location. After three consecutive incorrect orders, I decided to go inside to ensure my order would be correct this time. Unfortunately, things only got worse.
First, I encountered an issue with their point of sale system, which only accepted tap payments—no chip or swipe. This forced me to use a card I didn’t want to use, which was frustrating.
Then, when my pizza finally arrived, it was the wrong one. I wanted the big NewYorker...After I requested the correct pizza, I found myself sitting in the lobby for an hour.
It’s disheartening to see a place I used to enjoy decline in quality and service. I hope they can get back on track, but for now, I won’t be returning anytime soon.

I called and order into the store for dinner for pick up and it was ready when I got there and it was correct. The pizza was a big New Yorker pepperoni and it was pretty good but we got cheesy breadsticks and I thought they were terrible. They were dried out and they did not have enough dipping soft with them pizza charges $.80 for each additional sauce which is ridiculous. They didn’t give any napkins. I had to ask for napkins that’s one of my biggest pet peeves is not getting a napkin from her restaurant to go restaurant if I’m at the drive-through window and I’ve got food to go. I need napkins that’s a given. It’s one of my biggest pet peeves. I did not get any napkins from Pizza Hut that night until I asked for them.
Parking: It’s a nice size parking lot plenty of room to turn around or find a parking place to Pizza Hut has never ever ever ever busy so you’re not gonna ever ever find a problem parking very slow business for this Pizza Hut. I’m pretty sure that it’s only available for pick up at the window. I don’t think you can even go inside and pick your pizza up at this place unless you’re DoorDash driver and I’m not even sure you can do it then.
Kid-friendliness: Since there’s no dine in, I would say this is another not kid friendly restaurant. They do have kids menu items and Personal pan pizzas that are the right size for kids but other than that negative on the kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is wheelchair accessible.

I just want to know why do y’all have a dining room but its never open, ive been trying to take my family here but every time we go they say the dining room is not open because they are short staff, every time i go in there, they have a minimum of 10 employees working. Ps my family loves pizza hut, please open the dining room.
Food is good but they can't add , 4 $10 pizzas shouldn't be $80! Just saying.
Great pizza and very kind staff.

It took 20 minutes longer than the site said to actually get my food. Fries were cold and a very small amount. Everything seemed half heartedly made. Wings barely had any sauce on them.

I ordered 3 pizzas and didn’t get them. After waiting for an hour and get the wrong food. I ordered all my food and paid for it online. They redid my order because they didn’t have the pizzas or the fries from what I paid for online. I was also asked to wait 10 more minutes for chicken they had to cook. The wait the process and the service was horrible. Refund not available on website. So I had to write a review.
