The tables are entirely too close together. We felt like we were sitting at the same table with 4 other people, 2 on each side of us. It is not conducive to a relaxed meal to hear conversations of others and they, no doubt, could here ours.

Very popular place! We waited 1.5 hours for a table for 3 on a Saturday night. The museum nearby offered night tours so we killed the time enjoyably. Savannah was the best waitress ever!!! She was quick, honest and sweet, and knew the very large menu like the back of her hand. The food was pretty good (but not the best I’ve ever had). I’d come back again (with a reservation). :)

Great local favorite where they treat you like a long time friend, at least the young lady tending bar did, made suggestions as well as great service & friendly attitude all around. Food was great, well prepared & for an older building very clean & well maintained.

Came up from Charleston the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, and was looking forward to trying some specialty rolls, but found out Wednesdays are half-priced sushi, which means no specialty rolls offered…only regular ones. This meant great prices, but not a great selection. I ordered two spicy tuna rolls, a spicy salmon roll and a tempura shrimp roll (the crunchy roll). The “spicy” tuna and salmon rolls were not spicy…but were just plain tuna and salmon rolls. They tasted okay, not great. They also did not taste fresh. There was a good amount of tuna in the rolls, but the chunks of cucumber were too big, and thus overwhelmed the tuna. The shrimp tempura batter was stale and hard, not crunchy and light. They also fried the tails with the shrimp, so you had to pick tail shells out of your mouth. Otherwise, it tasted “okay”. They did accommodate my request for light rice. My mom got the tempura shrimp basket, which was pretty greasy and heavy. The hostesses were nice and seated us quickly. Our server, Briza, was also nice and helpful. Ambiance there is great and fun. Outdoor seating. Cool bar. I’ll give this place another try on a regular night when I can try their specialty rolls, which sounded delicious!

Good sushi. $ on the high side. Wednesday happy hour half price rolls are so worth it!
The fried okra was very good also the onion soup was good, but the steak,shrimp and chicken was below average. I do not recommend this restarant.
I was served and finished within 30 minutes. Great break.
