First off they lowered the amount you get on your sandwich so you’re paying 15$ for barley anything , then i ordered a BLT the most simple sandwich and you leave off the tomato’s, so I have a lettuce and 2 pieces of bacon sandwich. Extreamly disappointing

Have had a few good experiences here but unfortunately when I went to get a sandwich today they did not have one of the meats that is in the sandwich I ordered . I told them no worries and just put more of one of the same other ingredients on there instead. They did and then charged me for extra meat. I asked why as I was just getting the correct amount of meat on the sandwich and they told me that there were no substitutions allowed and they would have to charge me extra. I told them that I would have been just fine with what was supposed to be on the sandwich but they were out of the correct ingredients and I really was not asking for anything extra. The employee went to the manager and the manager said that they were correct in charging me more money for adding more of one ingredient to offset the fact they didn’t have the other. Was I just supposed be fine taking the sandwich with less than what was supposed to be on there because of their lack of inventory? Not a money issue, it’s a principle issue. Do better.. will go to Jimmy Johns or Tony’s next time.

The manager or boss named Martice or however you spell it is disrespectful, she yells and cusses at her employees, has a rude attitude towards the customers and her energy is give she doesn’t wanna be there but she has to, she needs to get fired asap!!!

The manager at this subway, Martice, is horrible, she makes the workers pay her when the registers are short, she makes them do test about subway and if they fail or dont do it, she takes them off the schedule for a
Horrible service! Went from spending $15 per meal 4 xs a week (for MY lunch) to ZERO due to mgt customer service! That doesn't count the once a week purchase of 4 Foot Long sandwiches for the family! My coworker also purchased there 1-2 xs per week and now does not! Glad they don't need that $100+ in weekly revenue! We gladly give our money daily to other local businesses- Hwy 55 & Dominos are our go to now and they have great customer service!
