Very fresh and authentic. We ate outside. He had tacos, I had flautas. Both were excellent. Sounds strange, but they have the best rice and refried beans. You know how you often get watered down beans, and the rice is a bit dry? NOT HERE! We were impressed with the staff as well as the food at this little place! ❤️
A quiet, cool retreat, with welcoming folks AND delicious, very fresh, food. My husband had menudo which was the best he has had in the Carolinas.. My guacamole was made to order and the grilled shrimp tacos were simple and very tasty. The overall freshness of the food is a standout!

I love birria tacos so I came here just for that and they weren’t bad but they weren’t good either. The meat and consomé were bordering on flavorless. The Taco Bell style gordita shells they put them on weren’t doing them any favors either.
My local taqueria charges less for way better tacos. Don’t waste your money here if you want good food.
