Their super sub is amazing!!!! Never disappoints. Pizza is also very good here. I always try to eat here when I am in the area. Older restaurant but I would rather pay less and them not remodel.

Placed order online for pick-up and had a 45 minute pick wait which I expected. Arrived to find out my order was never prepared. They wanted me to wait another 40 minutes before they could complete the order. Don't understand why my order couldn't have been prepared sooner. Only offer a refund for my troubles.
On Friday, September 27 I made the mistake of going to Tony’s to order (at 12:16 pm) two subs, one a cheese steak, the other a turkey melt. At 12:55 pm the waitress advised that the turkey melt was ready but the cheese steak would be another 5 minutes. Ridiculous to wait for over 40 minutes for two sub sandwiches. Won’t waste anymore time on this place.

The food here is generally good, but the counter help not so much. Last night I placed an order online using Tony’s app. The app said the order would be ready about 5:40pm. I arrived at 5:35pm and was told the pizzas were still in the oven (ok, expected). I took a seat on the bench opposite the counter. I watched people come and go, picking up their call-in orders. At 5:50 I went back up to the counter and then was told oops, we didn’t make the pizzas. We’re doing it now. At 6:15 I again went back to the counter and was told, after I said just give me a refund and I’ll go somewhere else, they’re cutting the last pizza. So at 6:20 I finally walked out with my two small pizzas and a salad. They must think I was stupid: I know it takes 5 minutes or so in those volcanically hot ovens to cook a pizza. So they lied to me at least twice. What really bugged me was I had to repeatedly go back to the counter to ask. The staff person either didn’t have the “capacity” to check on my order herself every few minutes, or she didn’t care. All the while I’m sitting on that bench straight in front of them where they KNOW I’m waiting for SOMETHING. Either way, not a good experience.
