The lady at the drive thru window that works during night shift is very rude . She was cussing out her employees and slam the window in my husbands face. She's a light skin lady with twist in her hair. Terrible service and this isn't the first time she done something like this .

While working in Georgetown I visited this Wendy several times. The food was great and had excellent service. This has to be one of the top Wendy’s that I’ve been to.

I hate to even give this place 1 star . The rudest laziest group of workers.. Everytime I do online order they mess it up or forget something and when I go in to order they always have a rude attitude towards you and don't even think of asking for anything extra they tell you they are not allowed to give it to you..The food is not worth the hassle. this restaurant needs to be shut down or hire new employees

I don't eat at Wendy's often but the last two times that u did, was at the location in Georgetown. It was great! I had a chance to speak to Penny, Williestine, and one or two others who greeted me with a genuine concern & pleasant smile. (I appreciate that). We had a good convo while awaiting my food. The convo was down to earth & the food was hot & fresh. (Thanks much)

Spending $33.01 and having cold burgers and stale fries is ridiculous. Also, we got four frosty's with no spoons. I called the store and no one answered. I am very upset at this point. I rather eat at McDonald's than to eat at this location.

Every single time I have ordered from here my order has been wrong. I got the classic chicken Asiago club sandwich and the chicken is a spicy chicken patty. I ordered a dr pepper large and they sent me a medium root beer. Each time I tried to get a frosty it ended up being a totally different flavor then what I ordered. Literally everytime I go here everything's just wrong. Definitely will not be ordering from here again McDonald's is better at this point

They leave their breakfast menu up and don't tell you they are not serving breakfast. The lady working front counter stands right in front of the entrance yapping on the phone and holding a mop, doesn't move to where I have to walk around her.
