worker was playing with their hair and was sitting on the counter where the food goes and there, nappy hair could’ve went anywhere on someone food they need hair caps then my food was cold with earbuds and not working and was on the phone

Loud dance club music adds to the irritation of waiting on line only to be told they are out of things. The drink machine was empty of everything without sugar, the ketchup pumps were empty, and there was a charge for sauce if you wanted it in place of ketchup.
Service was terrible. Lady at the register had an attitude and they shorted me food. Bought a biggie bag and received 2 nuggets and little to no fries.

We stopped at Wendy's to get some lunch this week. We haven't had their food in a long time. We ordered our pecan apple chicken salads and they were fresh, tasty and amazing. Kudos to them because lately they have been yucky. The drive through people were friendly, helpful and efficient. Loved the mango,pineapple drink yummy🙂👍

The guy & girl was in there phone while attending to my order. Then they would walk away from the window to go to the counter for the lobby to talk to people there. I had to wait 15 minutes for my food & when I got home my food was cold. The service at Wendy's was inappropriate & it needs to be addressed. I will not be going back to that wendys
