Every time I order online my card is declined, ordered from pizza hut 2 min later no problem, this is the second time this has happened, had to talk the 3 pple to get my info for payment, tried to order online but their website was stuck on order now or after 9PM, will not recommend this by any means because yes their food is good, but you have to go through AI to order and talk to person and all for nothing, this will be the last call I make to this place, and no I don't want a free pizza my girl had the same problem, word of mouth goes a lot further than this petty management they have

Good food in only about 10 minutes from the lake. Everything was ready to go when I got there and dry was a breeze even though it was almost midnight. Definitely watch yourself on the drive because there are police everywhere at night.

Ordered BBQ wings. The picture on the menu showed them covered in sauce. Well, mine had a little line of sauce. Like everyone else called to address the issue. Spoke to a so-called manager. The person was very rude and told me it is what it is in so many words. Will never get food from there again. I'll drive a little further and get food from PA PA Gios. Much better food and service.

Placed an order twice. The app brings my address up as two number so. 456-457. Does this everytime. And i get my pizza fine normally. But tonight they canceled my order twice. So its now 9 oclock and im having to pick it up after calling to order a 3rd time.

This one takes the cake. This guy right here refused to remake pizza because 2 pieces were eaten out of it before we found a hair on the pizza.
So I Called up there and said hey the last time we ordered the pizza had more sauce and cheese showed him the two pieces of hair on the food as well with a comparable photo from before literally week before of the same location same exact order.
The one guy on the phone goes no problem bring the pizza back up.
Anyway so I drive 20 minutes back to this location for this guy in the picture to refuse to remake said pizza because it’s beyond acceptable for the amount of sauce and cheese which it’s not and it doesn’t have two 2” strands of hair on it. Once again all I asked for was the pizza to be remade.
The guy literally pushed my food over to the side of the counter and said leave my store when I was already told to come back and they’ll be made and can be swapped out from someone else . Usually I’m not one to complain and eat through stuff but we found two black hairs on our food which in the food industry sadly is pretty normal in today’s level.
This will be the last time I ever use this location for any pizza orders anytime in the near future. This so called manager wouldn’t give me his name and brushed me off.
So I got pretty much told to leave the store refused to give me his name as a manager or even remake the pizza. It would be different if I wanted my money back.
Absolutley disgusting didn’t even get loud and just walks away from me mid sentence. Never in my life would I ever recommend anyone to do business with this dominos.
Zero customer service zero respect and all I asked for was to have two pizzas remade with 1 1/2-2 pieces missing total if that because noticing the hair made us stop eating it.
Literally all over just asking for two pizzas to be remade and told no problem to just get that type of customer service.
As a business owner this place is a joke and so is the “mystery” manager.
The last picture was from last weeks order only thing we didn’t get was pinapple. If you see the issue based on photos you’d get it. Who thought getting something corrected was such a major issue.
Pizza went straight to the trash.

We bought 2 pastas you could count the noodles in it with 1 hand, my wife drove our delivery back because it was unacceptable and they wouldn't give us our delivery charge back. The guy Brandon said he was manager and refused to let my wife take a picture of the pasta . This dominos is a joke

Probably the worst experience we had with restaurant/fast food industry ever. The order was over $50 and when it was delivered we noticed that the two pasta orders were unbelievably small portion for being over $6 a piece. I had to go back to the pizza place trying to get the situation resolved. After asking to speak to a manager a person that was in front of me said that it was him and as he listened to my complaint he refused to compensate me for the delivery fee and claimed that that’s how the pasta portions are which was not true because we have ordered it before. I mentioned that I was going to write a review about the experience and as I reached for the pasta to take a picture of it he snatched it out of my hand saying he was not going to let me take a picture of my order. I asked for his name and all he would say is Brandon. He would not tell me his last name. I have never been treated in such a disrespectful manner by any business before. This will be the last time we use dominos pizza in Gilbert SC. The corporate should do better in training people to represent their company as a manager. Very disappointing experience.
