I randomly ordered on a Wednesday “I am not doing it” night. I usually order Friday or Saturday. I tip good because I did that same job back in college for extra beer/**** money . *Short story; the food sat too long under the warmer, didn’t really affect anything besides my sub, but wait. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub, I’d ordered one just over 2 weeks ago (Awesome). Ordered one tonight, threw it away. The taste was bitter, nasty. Will still try to get the original one, it was good.
We ordered the 7.99 carry out special. Is it special because it has no cheese? You can't even call this a pizza. The pepperoni was right but I'm being cheated on the cheese. If I have to add extra cheese for $3 just to make it normal, it's not special. Taking a break on Dominos. Take care of the people before the share holders.

Worthless attempt at customer service. Literally needed an order delivered 0.4 miles down the street to a construction site. I can see the dominoes from where im working. After fighting through automation systems amd 2 people they finally said they could deliver then said they couldn't break 100. So I went to subway instead. Driver missed out on a $25 tip for going 0.4 miles. Worthless customer service these days.

I placed an order through the Domino’s app and my delivery didn’t arrive until 40 minutes past the promised delivery time. When I called the store about 20 minutes after the missed time, the representative told me they were backed up with orders and assured me I would receive two free medium pizzas for the inconvenience. I was specifically told they would be annotated on my account under my phone number and that I could claim them anytime by calling in.
Today, after waiting 18 minutes on hold, I was told there was no record of the promised pizzas and they could not honor it.
A store making a mistake is one thing—promising to fix it and then denying it later is another. Between the late delivery, the poor communication, and the refusal to stand by their own word, I will not be ordering from this Domino’s again.
I placed a delivery order through the automated system and specifically requested no cheese on a pizza. The system confirmed my request, but the pizza still arrived with cheese.
When I called to resolve it, I was told the pizza uses two types of cheese and that I should have known to ask for “no” on both. That expectation isn’t reasonable for customers and makes the ordering system confusing. After insisting, I had to drive to the store myself to get the issue fixed — despite already paying a delivery fee.
This highlights two issues:
1. The automated ordering system doesn’t properly handle “no cheese” requests.
2. Staff didn’t initially take responsibility or offer a solution until I pushed back.
I do want to acknowledge that the manager on duty was professional, polite, and accommodating, and that’s the only reason I’m leaving two stars instead of one.
I hope this feedback helps improve the ordering process and staff training so future customers don’t run into the same frustration.

I ordered a pizza online to be picked up at the store at 5:45. I got to the store and paid for my order. It was never put in the system to be made. I waited 40 minutes and was offered a refund. I'll never use them again!
Pizza was good, pepperoni cheesy stuffed bread was not cooked. Still raw in the middle.

Every time I order online my card is declined, ordered from pizza hut 2 min later no problem, this is the second time this has happened, had to talk the 3 pple to get my info for payment, tried to order online but their website was stuck on order now or after 9PM, will not recommend this by any means because yes their food is good, but you have to go through AI to order and talk to person and all for nothing, this will be the last call I make to this place, and no I don't want a free pizza my girl had the same problem, word of mouth goes a lot further than this petty management they have

Good food in only about 10 minutes from the lake. Everything was ready to go when I got there and dry was a breeze even though it was almost midnight. Definitely watch yourself on the drive because there are police everywhere at night.
