This is the 3rd time in a row the food was awful. Guess we won't be going back. A bad experience here and there is one thing, but when you get to where the only thing you're good at is inconsistency that's a big problem. I didn't order a burnt cracker with toppings this time (the 2nd time that's happened) or pay for extra toppings last time to only get 7 pieces across a whole pizza. That's not even 1 piece of something per slice. The burnt crackers were supposed to have extra sauce and it was almost non-existent. The driest thing we've ever tried to choke down aside from Popeye's biscuits. We would grab food from this location quite often, as it's the only location close to us, but 3 strikes and you're out. It is way too expensive in this economy to be getting horrible food. The only thing good I can say about this location at this point is the employee bringing it out is always very nice.

Ordered late night pizza at 10:56pm, it was delivered at 11:31pm. The pizza was ice cold, also ordered the 5 cheese dip, it was burnt around the entire outside edge, there was barely any in the pan, and it was also ice cold. Called the store to speak to a manager and Brandon said he was the manager and the pizza left his store on time so there is nothing he can do. He ended the conversation with "Have the day you deserve" and then rudely hung up on me. Do not recommend ordering from this domino's until they find a manager who will take accountability for mistakes and actually ensure customers are satisfied

Ordered 2 medium pizzas. We are less the 2 miles from the store. our pizzas were in "quality control" for 40 minutes. cold on arrival.
Had the displeasure of speaking with Brandon the manager. I expressed that I was not happy with the order that I placed. He asked what was wrong with the food and I told him one pizza was overcooked and the pasta was not made to my satisfaction. The pan wasn’t even half way filled and there’s little to no Alfredo sauce. I requested a partial refund to which he declined. He further went on to say that I’d need to bring all the food back up to the store for a refund. He insisted that the pizza was made to domino’s standard and everything was weighed out accordingly. I disconnected the call because he clearly wasn’t going to help remedy this situation. Just last week we ordered and one pizza was overcooked. I would advise against ordering from the establishment. You don’t get what you pay for. You get less.

Placed a Large order with the MANAGER for Saturday at 3:00 evidently, he does not have the ability to communicate dates and time correctly. We arrived Saturday to pick up food for a party of 12 year olds, only to be told the order had been made and thrown away Friday due to non pick up! They finally got him on the phone and told us they could remake it but we would have to pay for it again! Claimed our refund for previous order would take 5-7 days to be refunded. We are talking $250.00 worth of food. So you screw up and we have to pay again? No, I dont think so. I ask for corporate number they claim not to be allowed to have it there. I ask for Brandon the managers last name they claim to not know it? Seriously this place is so screwed up I will let you draw your own conclusions. I will NEVER go to Dominoes again.

The recording said it would be delivered in 25 to 30 minutes. 2 hours later still have not received the pizza. They say it's been sitting in a hot bag and probably gonna be another 30 minutes. No discount or any additional products for the inconvenience. Awful service

it was mid. everything we got was super dry. mom wanted little caesar’s but i talked her into dominos cuz it’s my favorite but this dominos was really disappointing
