Stopped by Friday evening to pickup a couple of to go plates. Had to wait a fairly lengthy amount of time in fact close to 30 minutes and while there were a number of people dining in we were only second in line to get takeout. Once we finally got waited on gave the person our order of which she wrote it down. Unfortunately when we get home which is approx 15 miles away we discovered that approx half of the items that we ordered were left out. Which is extremely disappointing....

The food was delicious, just make sure you call ahead to find out what’s on the buffet that day. I had a little bit of everything and everything seemed to be fresh! The hash and rice were great and I loved the Mac and cheese! Not dry, but not soupy! The fried chicken had a great breading that wasn’t too thick and you actually got more chicken than breading.

Parking: They have a very large grass and dirt lot outside the restaurant, honestly probably more...

First time we’ve had the chance to eat here in a very long time but it did not disappoint! Some of the best barbecue and hash you could ask for. Family operated since 1964. We decided on the way home that even though it’s 90 minutes away we will definitely be back for more!
