Not at all happy. Ordered a simple 6in Tuna with "a little mayo on both pieces of bread." I got about 2 tbs. of tuna, with 1/4 cup of mayo squirted on top of the sandwich. It looked like the mayo was an after-thought and squirted on after they closed the sandwich! What a mess. Barely any tuna. Will try another location next time!!!

This location is so much better than any other I’ve visited. Every sandwich, every time, has been made to my exact specifications. The ingredients and bread are always fresh and plentiful. Service and speed have been impeccable. Using their app makes it easy, fast and convenient. Even my special instructions are followed correctly.

Got 2 subs ordered at the window. I asked for extra onions and heavy mayo had maybe 4 pieces of onions and No mayo on the sandwichs. I called a manager come to the phone saying she can take my sandwich add the things instead of making them over. I've never had a problem at this location because to me it was the best one. But I hope they can be more attentive to what the costumer is asking for. I called back to ask if she would remake them didn't get an answer.

Worst Subway ever. will not take call in orders. Directed to use app toorder online and they messed up both sandwiches. Sandwiches which were standard menu sandwiches. Refused to provide a store credit and expected me to drive back to the store ( 20 minutes each way)for them to remake sandwiches that they messed up.Employee answering call was rude and dismissive. Save yourself a headache and use any other Subway instead of this one. Bread was not even fresh.

How are you going to make a "Buffalo Chicken Sub" but not put buffalo sauce on it? Granted the note said Buffalo Chicken FtLg and Sweet Onion Sauce but guess I shouldn't have assumed they would understand Buffalo sauce and Sweet Onion as well. I mean main difference between Sweet Onion Sub and Buffalo Sub IS THE SAUCE. Had I wanted just Sweet Onion I would have titled it as such. Oh well. It's easiest to just go inside at this location just for reference. Staff is friendly and helpful but does make it easier to keep from mistakes/miscommunication happening.

This Subway is terrible! Yesterday afternoon I was getting off work and knew this Subway closed at 9. I got there at 8:30 to order a sub. So came threw the drive threw like I normally do at this location. No one was upfront. I thought maybe they are in the back and could hear me. So I waited, wasn't trying to be rude bc I've always came to this subway and I know they work hard. It got about 9 and still no one came to the front to shut down the store. I thought that was odd but eventually someone has to come to the front. It got to about 9:15 and the mother of the two employees inside pulled up to me and yelled at me that she was calling the police. I'm like ma'am I'm just trying to order food. She proceeded to call the owner. She put me on speaker phone with the owner of the store. I proceeded to ask the owner if there store closed at 8:30. She said no. I asked her if they closed at 9. She said yes. I informed her I was at her store at 8:30 to order a sub before I went home and no one came to the window. Only person I saw was a angry mother of the employees. I figured I would just go to another Subway. Later on I was called by Lexington County Sheriff's Dept and to explain what had happen and that I have a no trespassing notice at there store. This isn't the first time from this location there has been a issue. I've been coming to this location for a long time. Even gotten to know some of the employees. Employees have told me the owner has been arrested for drunk driving and they had to come in to work bc there was no schedule made for anyone. If I could give negative stars I would!

I came in today after placing an online order. They were completing my order when I arrived. The store was clean and looked good. The staff was teenagers who were all very friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. I inquired as to whether they had any openings and they said yes. My daughter completed an online application and hopes to work their part time as she is a rising Junior in high school. Keep up the good work.

I am beyond disappointed in this establishment. The last two times I have driven out of my way to spend money with this million dollar chain company they have been closed BOTH times during open hours of operation. Not only were they closed during said hours of operation, the food is absolutely mediocre each time I have decided to dine with them. The staff seems to hate their jobs and show no effort whatsoever when it comes to customer service. If you’re not gonna be open during your said hours, you might as well close your doors for good. Extremely disappointed with a CHAIN who makes way too much money to not care for their loyal and local customers.

We eat here at least twice a week. We came in today with a coupon, 2 subs for $12.99. They made our subs perfectly but at check out they said they can't get coupons to work. The coupon is valid but they refused to manually override the price or make any attempt to honor the coupon. They seemed very inexperienced, there was no manager, we asked. So we walked out, its the principle of the situation. So instead of using common sense they ended up throwing away two sandwiches and loosing two customers forever. You can't fix stupid. Oh well.
