'The Lunch Box' is an excellent Restaurant located next door to the 44 Truck Stop. Off I-20 and Pond Branch Road in Gilbert , SC. Melanie and Jessica and ALL their Staff, Excellent Cooks, Magnificent Waitresses.. Dishwashers, their Restaurant is doing an amazing job! GREAT TEAM WORK! AMAZING food, excellent, friendly and FAST service! We highly recommend them‼️❤️ Hours: 6 a.m. - 10 p.m. Daily

A wonderful gem at the 44 truck stop. The lunch box is a throw back to the good old truck stop restaurants. Mary was absolutely fabulous and a reason to drive out of the way to stop here. Thank you for your service and kindness. I will drive out of route to visit this restaurant again.

Although the Philly Cheese Stake was good 😋 it wasn't 12.00 good. It was like a half of a sandwich, literally.😓
Scamming customers. Gas price sign said 2.89 yet the pump was ringing up 2.99 They are trying to scam people. I have pictures.

No fresh coffee. Store really needs attention...especially entrance door and bathroom doors. Very friendly employees. RV's can pay at the pump with diesel.
