The service is nice and professional. The food is consistently good........however......DO NOT get the apple desert thing 😣. I'll just wait till they got sweet potato pies before I get their desert items. Everything else except that apple thing was on point 👍🏾

This restaurant sucks! Every time I come at drive thru, they have you like a sitting duck for about ten minutes until you get tried of waiting and drive off. It never fails

I live nearby, and I’ve given up on this location. You always sit at the drive thru speaker for minutes before anyone ever says anything. (They don’t even say “one moment please”). Then after you pay, you are always instructed to pull to the stop sign. The drive through lane is blocked on all sides so if you get your order before the person in front of you, you were trapped there waiting even longer. Tell people to wait in the pick up parking spots, no one uses those anyway. Stop manipulating your ticket times by taking orders late and closing them early.

Very sad to walk in and hear the store manager cursing and screaming at employees it's obvious that this older lady has no patience with her employees this was so disturbing I didn't want to to order from this location and will not return this location needs new management on nights!

The manager Ms Carol is very nasty and has no respect for her employees or customers she yells curse and loses her cool everyday she works never seen a store manager that speaks disrespectful to the workers in front of customers this way! No wonder they can’t keep employees! This is sad and pathetic I will never eat at this restaurant again

Always slow. Some of the workers are pleasant. If you’re not ready to wait 15 minutes or more don’t go. Hot food or overall quality of food is a hit or miss. Just sat in a line wrapped around the building with an elderly lady in front of me for 20 minutes & the line didn’t move. Employees were outside.

This was the absolute worst experience Ive ever had with bojangles. Considering we paid $29 for food that was not fully cooked, greasy and watery deserves a full refund in addition to the uncourteous drive through lady who barley open sliding windows had an attitude when asked for napkins that were not in the bag nor condiments, reply with a sigh as he handed us what should’ve been cheerfully given. While I send this message I’ve been on hold with the store over 15mins as if they put the phone down and never returned back.
