First time... The chicken looked absolutely delicious. Huge chunk of fried chicken, fresh pickels, nice steak fries... only there was way too much salt on everything. I mean, i know it's fast food, not exactly the healthy choice, but the fries, the chicken and even the biscuit tasted of too much salt. Like a salt lick. I can feel the arteries around my heart shrivel up. Save the salt for the roads up north.

02/19/2024I pulled in at 6:35 am to order breakfast like a normal human would. First, thing wrong it was not on the breakfast menu. 2nd, I pull to the window and all co workers are gathered by the drive through window socializing possibly (3 people). 3rd, I get two sausage biscuits, but explain to me why they’re both cold.I generally don’t go to Bojangles, I guess this just gives me another reason why.

Smaller than expected. Clean and good service with great breakfast.Parking: Nice clean, good spacing. Just one exit and entrance. They are awkward and shared by a business next door, strange setup and easily missed if not attentive.Kid-friendliness: Yes, no play area but accommodating.Wheelchair accessibility: Nice large spots with ramped curbing.
Generally good overall not the best customer service tho.

Most of the employees aren’t competent, the people that run the drive thru can’t handle someone at the menu and at the window at the same time. Food is never ready, always have to pull up or in a parking spot and wait 5 minutes. They hand you your drink which has been over filled and had fluid all over the side of the cup. Just overall a terrible experience nearly everytime I go. If you really are craving Bojangles, go to the one on Exit 5 off I-20

This has to be one of the worst bojangles in South Carolina I had to wait over 20 minutes in the drive through line the cashier was impatient and I finally left with out my food because I had I would have been late for work don't go there at your own
