Went there today after an hard days work around 3:26pm. I waited at least 3mins patiently at the counter before a white man walked in (3 min after me) and the older short woman with short hair and glasses greeted him and asked him what his name was. Meanwhile, I, a tall black man, hadn’t even been greeted or asked a name for my call in. Racist much??

make sure to check your order... wife called in a pick up order and at my own failure I did not check and open everything in the box. I would only assume that they would put your order together with everything you paid for, but they left out the fries we ordered. getting charged for something we didn't receive is a huge slap in the face. please do better!
