It gets zero stars because me and my family waited for 40 minutes but no one came to the door or picked up the phone or was even at the restaurant but the open sign was lit up and the lights was on. This is completely unprofessional

I am first time customer and is extremely upset with customer service. I was told that my order would be ready within 30minutes. I ordered at 1:30 pm. My food wasn’t ready until 2:50. In addition my order was incorrect. I will not return to this establishment.

We tried Choices for lunch and were completely underwhelmed by every aspect of our meal. I am usually fine trying places that look like dives, the food is often amazing- not in this case. The atmosphere was not very welcoming so we got our meal to go. Everything was bland, under-seasoned and overcooked. No need to go back.

The food was not good. It had too much sauce. It was sweet. The oxtails was horrible. The jerk chicken was not spicy I would never ever buy food from that place again.

Ordered three large plates of oxtails with sides. It’s 4p in the afternoon and a Saturday. My husband was told it would be 1hr before order would be ready. Hesitant but we agreed. It took 2hrs before we received our order. No one came out to let us know the status of our order. I had to call the establishment. No apology or an offer to make things right. I was really disappointed. I am very big on customer service. What happened? Why did it take so long?
