Was on hold for 20 minutes and was asking about my friend’s order she placed an hour ago. So I was checking the status of it. Nobody ever came to the phone! But I heard employees yelling at each other in the background. Then I was hung up on and although I called back twice they never came to the phone to answer me.

They were so kind and customer focused at this Dominos location! I put a little butter and garlic salt on the pizza when we got it home.. OH MY GOSH, that was heavenly.

Picked up an online order. I didn't check my food until I got home. I ordered the Philly cheese steak oven baked sandwiches. My food was hard and burnt. I don't understand how they would even serve this to a customer, let alone let it leave the store. If I can upload a picture, I would. Very disappointed in this location.

A couple of weeks ago go i placed an order for delivery, they were short on drivers that day,and were late delivering our order. I called to place another order today, and explained what happened on my last order, they didn't charge us for this order, and I even ordered extra items and tried to pay for them,they said nope we got it!!!!! Now that's really good service, thank you 😊

The customer service is horrible upon entry. They just look at you and stare. This is not how you welcome customers into Your business establishment.

We were trying to redeem the free emergency pizza. Never thought it would be so difficult! The website will not let you complete the order if you try to add a tip, so be prepared to tip your driver. I found this out because a phone number popped up for me to call to complete the order, turns out it was the main number for Dominos. And you cannot redeem the emergency pizza unless you order online, which I couldn’t do because of trying to tip the driver. Took 45 min to order, figured it out myself . Then it was sitting in “quality check” for about 25 min, ice cold when delivered. 100% NOT the driver’s fault. He only took 8 min to arrive. 100% THAT store’s fault. AND, the girl answering the phone when I was transferred from the main office, put me on hold…for 55 min….waiting for a manager to help me…in fact I finally hung up after the pizza was delivered. I had solved the problem without their help, I just wondered how long I would sit on hold. Apparently an hour or more

Domino's is a decent place to eat I say so myself when delivery it did take a while sadly but it is okay 👍
