Domino's Pizza

I know that there was short staff, so I was very patient - but the fact that I wasn't even acknowledged or greeted at all for a good 10 minutes, and when I got the pizza it was really over cooked and just thrown together. I use to LOVEEEE this dominos, but it has gone downhill .

This location consistently has quality control issues! They'll never get their act together! Only fourish pieces of chicken in the chicken specialty dish with hot buffalo sauce and cheese, and it's burnt all around. Cheese bread is nothing more than a lump of bread and cheese that is also all burnt around; not cut or nothing just thrown in. I mean, what the heck, Domino's? Doesn't anyone care about doing their job with just a little bit of compassion or professionalism?

Oh, you forgot our ranch dipping sauce. The pizzas might as well have been thin crust, and we had to add pizza sauce ourselves! Nothing done right with this order!

Ordered about 2 hrs ago and still no delivery. No one at store will even answer. How do I get a refund ? Do not ever order from here.

Parking: Shared parking lot & the only business open late in the area.

I don’t know why I bothered to order from here again. The last few times were disappointing with issues such as the wrong order and over 90 mins wait time. This time the edges were charred about a half inch. I couldn’t believe they boxed it up burnt like that and delivered. I always pre tip well on my card. Total waste of money. Done with this one.

Dominos in Warrenville Sc has a very bad attitude and service is even worse , it doesn't take over a hour and a half to deliver or make a order right. The manager is arrogant and needs to be fired

I placed my order online for pick up. It estimated 30-45 minutes. I waited 40 minutes and headed to the store. When I got there the female employee who seemed to be "running things" was extremely rude right off. She ignored us and kept talking to another employee about something personal. I stood there for 25 minutes watching a boy boxing up and getting orders together. By this time there were probably about 10 other customers coming to pick up there food. I watched my order sit on the shelf while these 2 employees just kept talking then had the nerve to go out back for a smoke. Front completely unoccupied except the one boy who just kept steady cooking pizza and getting orders together. I feel for him and he deserves a raise.

I ORDERED ONLINE FOR DELIVERY! ORDERED WAS CANCELED NEVER DELIVERED ! I THEN HAD TO DRIVE TO THE RESTAURANT, ALL THE EMPLOYEES WERE OUTSIDE ON THERE PHONES AND SMOKING CIGARETTES, I ASKED ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES DID THEY HAVE A DELIVERY DRIVER HE REPLIED “NOT ENOUGH TO KEEP UP” THE OLDER GUY WITH THE GLASSES STATED HE CAME AND KNOCKED ON THE DOOR MULTIPLE TIMES BUT HE WAS NOT SEEN ONCE ON MY RING CAMERA KNOCKING ON THE DOOR & PIZZA WAS COLD. YOUR EMPLOYEES(shift lead to be specific) Katelyn is rude as hell!! My mom shannen was a former employee( General Manager) there for years so she onows how the specials work. She called to modify our online order and was very polite and she hung up the phone and canceled our order. My mother proceeded to call back and was put on hold for 35 minutes so i called and got an answer. Katelyn was put on the phone and said we were disrespectful which is false and said we were not to be giving service through them again and then hung up the phone on me! Very disrespectful and rude service and the employees need some manners! We love dominos and its sad that we placed an order with Pizza hut after our order had been cancelled from dominos and had it delivered within 25 minutes while we were still on hold with dominos.
