Before this visit I hadn't eaten at a huddle House in 20 years. They have definitely improved. I would take huddle House over waffle House any day!

I didn't even stay to eat here. As soon as we walked in we were not greeted with a hello but a dirty look. We were not even acknowledged by any of the staff. The patrons were more friendly than the staff. I wish I could have left a good review but will not return here. We are at another Huddle House and man what a difference. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed by the staff right away.

The service by the waitress was great. She is very good at her job. We went on Sunday morning and she was the only waitress and she stayed on top of her tables to make sure they were all happy. That being said, the lady washing dishes was not very nice. Also, the cook undercooked the steak. I asked for medium rare and when i originally got the steak it was just seared on both sides but not cooked at all. I sent it back, and when I recieved it again, it was barely cooked more than the first time.

I mean it's Huddle House so your expectations have to be set for a Huddle House experience but that's what we wanted and it was good. My eggs were a bit under done with the whites not fully cooked... I always order over medium to try and avoid this but it still happens frequently at a variety of breakfast places so I guess I need to go scrambled in the future....

Server and cook were Very nice and service was great! But the country fried steak was over cooked to the point of completely dried out and it and the biscuits were covered in Cold Gravy. Paid my bill and walked out…

The waitress was amazingly nice.... But that's about it. They were out of most potatoes due to freezer breaking, and the food we did have 3/4 of the meals just weren't good. Nice people, but not worth it.

I drove from Augusta, GA because they are always so friendly. The waitress said “I’m gonna take this off your ticket “ Ma’am, if you thought my husband was gonna pay for a dirty plate…..Outrageous

To start off I called several times, no answer. So I decided to place an online order which has to be paid for at the time of order. Once I arrived they had no record of my order and I was told I can’t be refunded!!! I was willing to reorder although that meant I had to pay again, the cashier was beginning to take my order the manager basically told her to go wait on the people who were seated and just left me at the register. The cashier was new she was trying her best to help me. The manager just seemed like she didn’t care at all! I had to call my bank to dispute the charge just to get my money back.
