Ordered 7 meals 3 - beef and broccoli, 2 - bonless spare ribs, and chicken wings and fried rice. All these meals do not taste great. Even though my family do not like the meals. They have a no refund policy posted in the resturant. I would assume that, they must have had complaints before inorder for them to post a no refund policy. I know that my family will not eat at this resturant ever again.

Delivery order. I ordered beef fried rice which was an up charge, it had two pieces of beef in it. The rice itself was mushy and flavorless. I also had the sweet and sour sauce which was like a congealed gel! I won’t eat here again and I encourage everyone else to do the same. They really don’t care about the quality of the food that they sell or their customers. I use to love this place but now I’ll never give them another penny.

I got an order of shrimp and snow peas it was the worst I have ever got. The shrimp tasted like they were bad. Hopefully i don't get sick. I had to through it out. Would suggest not going there.

First time ordering from Jade Garden. I was very skeptical but the food was very good. I had the chicken and broccoli, it was good! but the boneless pork and fried rice really good. Loved the egg rolls so good! Def ordering again. Service staff was very nice and helpful

I have been to this restaurant several times. This time I ordered quite a bit and unfortunately some went in the trash. The egg roll was good. Spring roll had a bad taste and were cold. Broccoli beef had a weird taste. Not at all what I expected. Fried rice was pretty good. Lo mein was awful. Way overcooked. Noodles were stuck together. Lemon pepper wings were so dry and cold Disappointed and if I lived closer I'd have went back

Owner very rude threw half my plate in the trash after I ask for no veggie (a mistake they made) an then tried to give it back to me they all just have nasty attitude

I have ordered from Jade Garden numerous times and although there have been variations on the flavoring and freshness of the food, I have never had the food taste like it did tonight. The beef smelled strange but I ordered something different so tried it anyway, and then when I ate it, I realized something was clearly off. It tasted like the smell of spoiled diapers full of urine. If I end up sick from the one bite I swallowed, I’ll be pretty upset.

This place has good Chinese cooking and menu items. The rice is good if you get the house special fried rice. They also alot of hibachi menu items also. We always get the lemon pepper wings, and there always good. The deliver people that work for them are awesome, the foods always there fast and veryvpolite.
