I had to stand at the counter and yell for my daughter’s drink after being ignored by the entire staff. The manager wouldn’t give me my drinks without making sure to check my receipt first even though he was the one who forgot them in the first place. Every table in there is dirty and the staff was yelling and cussing in front of my 4 year old. They gave her the wrong toy and of course I couldn’t get anyone to fix it. Trash service and food. Even for McDonalds

First off, I ordered a normal meal and it was rung up as a large. When I asked them to fix it they had me do it at the pay window. Second off, they were out of Coke Zero. Third off they forgot the straw, and as I had been asked to move to the third window I had to walk inside and get it myself. Finally, the order was wrong.
Absolutely useless.

They mess up my order every single time. I always get a Double 1/4lb w/ cheese with 2 extra beef patties and no bun. They always invent new ways to get it wrong.. today I was missing the 2 extra patties and didn’t have any onions, pickles, CHEESE, or mustard.. so I had to go inside and wait 20 minutes to have them fix it… it’s really frustrating when my lunch break is only 30 minutes..

They always keep their lights off purposely making people think they are closed. Even in the early mornings. This morning it took forever for them to even acknowledge the drive thru speaker, and finally said their system was down. Might have been true, but who knows when they clearly don't want to work. Whether its midnight or 4 am their lights are always off🤬🤬

We placed an online order. When we got there to get it it wasn't ready. From the time we placed the order until we got our food was over an hour. The fries were cold and tasted old. The burgers were also cold. I really wish I could give negative stars.
I ordered 3 caramel frappes. I always order 3 for my family. Every single time (past 5 times I can remember) the cups are 2 inches short of being full. Sometimes the whip cream doesnt even reach the rim of the cup, much less go into the top like its supposed to. One or two times is one thing but over 5? The amount missing couldve made 2 more larges if not more! Im tired of being ripped off. Sorry for the bad picture- I’m driving and fed up

Mountains ahead of any McDonald's in Augusta but their service is slipping. Manager at night talks to the employees any kind of way. Heard her tell one of their employees to find them something safe to do. Something you don't do in front of customers. They better tighten up.
