My Philly was sloppy w too much mayo no onions and cold.!! Updating bc I obviously didn't learn the last time. This location is horrible! Again w the cold sub 2 tomato where's the veggies just looks nasty.
Place my order online three sandwich I mean what’s the purpose of choosing your topping an sauce if they gonna make it how they want to bread hard Taste like it’s been sitting out for two days this is ridiculous didn’t have time to go grab something else to eat

They acted like I was a problem for being there. The sandwich maker cut his finger called for someone else and the other sandwich maker tried using the same knife as the guy that had just cut himself and acted like it was a problem to get a different knife to cut the bread open.

This food counter was probably the dirtiest subway counter I have ever seen! This pickle container in this photo is the only photo I took...it had cheese, eggs, and several other scraps of condiments mixed in. But trust me when I said the entire line was filthy. Clearly they are either not changing their gloves.... or using dirty utensils as they scoop from one to the other. You can also see lettuce strewn up and down the entire cutting board area. The sandwich artists had no interest in keeping the line visually clean. My visit was at 2:30 PM on a Thursday so they cannot blame it on the "lunch rush".

As it so happens the distance between my front door in Aiken, SC and my employee parking spot in Augusta, GA is about 20 miles and the best SUBWAY in the C.S.R.A. is at the halfway point between. I think that is not just by chance in that some of my best meal breaks at work or some of the good times watching sports at home have been with many of the great selection of subs and/or salads from this Subway that still sells the company's line of breakfast sandwiches that come in handy when I have to cover someone early shift at work at the last minute. The shop's manager seems to have the golden touch for finding the right people because the turn around there is not an issue that I have ever seen.

This subway is usually great. The last two times I have order curbside so I could pick my driver up on the way home I had to wait over the wait time and even go on to ask where my food was. They didn't even acknowledge I had curbside. Not to mention they didn't even have customers in the building at the time and they were just chatting when I went in. This is terrible customer service and makes subway look bad.

THE WORST SUBWAY, AND CUSTOMER SRVICE IN THE AREA !!!!
Ordered a 6" Sandwich for My 83 yr old Mother. It looked as though the Whole Jar of Mayo was dumped on it. Asked the Asst Mgr to Please remake the Sandwich cause My Mom couldn't eat it like that. Asst Mgr Refused to remake the sandwich. She told Me thats what I ordered, and thats what I was getting. She was Very Arrogant, Nasty, & Extremely Unprofessional. I asked Why She was being so Rude. She then got up from eating Her sandwich, started walking towards Me as if She was going to jump on Me, and Ordered Me Out of the Store, and started calling the Police on Me !! For God's Sake, WHAT Is Wrong with People these days ?? And What about Good Customer Service, and Decency ??
I'm getting in touch with Her Boss(es) or Corporate Immediately as I write about this Horribly, Insane Experience !!

Disrespectful instigators with attitudes. Twice now I have ordered from this place both times orders were either crushed, extra condiments added without being requested and now today a manager was disrespectful to a member of my family having put a condiment on the sandwich in such a way that it was all over the wrapper, bread and her hands. Yet the manager refused to fix it and even raised her hands to my aunt for no reason. Put your managers on a tighter leash and ensure you don't have Valley rats or hoodrats running the store

A three women crew handled a non stop line since before we got there and juggled the drive through and online orders. This team managed to do all while keeping a smile and good temperament even when the customer couldn't make up her mind. They did fantastic and could use more than a hand ?

Went thru drive-thru. Took my order in a timely manner. When I drove around to pay they informed me that they could only take credit cards due to changing shifts and the next employee had to make her drawer up before they could accept cash!
