This food counter was probably the dirtiest subway counter I have ever seen! This pickle container in this photo is the only photo I took...it had cheese, eggs, and several other scraps of condiments mixed in. But trust me when I said the entire line was filthy. Clearly they are either not changing their gloves.... or using dirty utensils as they scoop from one to the other. You can also see lettuce strewn up and down the entire cutting board area. The sandwich artists had no interest in keeping the line visually clean. My visit was at 2:30 PM on a Thursday so they cannot blame it on the "lunch rush".

As it so happens the distance between my front door in Aiken, SC and my employee parking spot in Augusta, GA is about 20 miles and the best SUBWAY in the C.S.R.A. is at the halfway point between. I think that is not just by chance in that some of my best meal breaks at work or some of the good times watching sports at home have been with many of the great selection of subs and/or salads from this Subway that still sells the company's line of breakfast sandwiches that come in handy when I have to cover someone early shift at work at the last minute. The shop's manager seems to have the golden touch for finding the right people because the turn around there is not an issue that I have ever seen.

This subway is usually great. The last two times I have order curbside so I could pick my driver up on the way home I had to wait over the wait time and even go on to ask where my food was. They didn't even acknowledge I had curbside. Not to mention they didn't even have customers in the building at the time and they were just chatting when I went in. This is terrible customer service and makes subway look bad.

THE WORST SUBWAY, AND CUSTOMER SRVICE IN THE AREA !!!! Ordered a 6" Sandwich for My 83 yr old Mother. It looked as though the Whole Jar of Mayo was dumped on it. Asked the Asst Mgr to Please remake the Sandwich cause My Mom couldn't eat it like that. Asst Mgr Refused to remake the sandwich. She told Me thats what I ordered, and thats what I was getting. She was Very Arrogant, Nasty, & Extremely Unprofessional. I asked Why She was being so Rude. She then got up from eating Her sandwich, started walking towards Me as if She was going to jump on Me, and Ordered Me Out of the Store, and started calling the Police on Me !! For God's Sake, WHAT Is Wrong with People these days ?? And What about Good Customer Service, and Decency ?? I'm getting in touch with Her Boss(es) or Corporate Immediately as I write about this Horribly, Insane Experience !!

Went thru drive-thru. Took my order in a timely manner. When I drove around to pay they informed me that they could only take credit cards due to changing shifts and the next employee had to make her drawer up before they could accept cash!
I’ve seen Jessica LeeAnn’s review and she is spot on how the manager is at this subway, so rude and acts like it’s your problem. So me and my mom typically go to this subway and we NEVER had any issues until 2 weeks ago, my mom was eating her sandwich and she pulled out a piece of hair with something that looked like gum attached to it, mind you that this wasn’t her hair color, she was disgusted and so was I, she called the Subway and the manager said to come back to the restaurant so she could see the evidence and so she could remake the sandwich, so we did, and I was the one to go in and show the manager because my mom can’t get around that good, I showed the manager and she kept saying that no one has that hair color during the time whoever made my mom’s sandwich, she was very insistent and acted like she didn’t believe me, she really didn’t want to remake the sandwich either but she only did it because she promised my mom, but instead of making a 12 inch (my mom’s original order) she makes a 6 inch instead which is really not fair when the original was 12 inches, afterwards, my mom decides to get a hold of corporate and thankfully they were so nice and the lady on the phone was able to give my mom a full refund on her sandwich which in my opinion is what the manager should of done in the first place. Anyways, we’re not coming here again, it’s unfortunate because we did like some of the other workers here but that manager is completely unprofessional, I hope she gets fired.

Do not go to this subway unless you want your sub made wrong and then when you call and go back, they act like you're the problem and never once apologize. I understand mistakes are made and a sub can be made incorrectly but what I do not understand is when they treat you like you're the problem and like they're doing you a favor by correcting their mistakes. I had to deal with Courtney as a "manager" and she never once apologized for making the sub wrong and shut the drive through windows on my face because I could not go inside to get a refund because my leg is broken and she had to do it through the drive through window. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! If you're doing a mobile pickup or ordering through the drive through, do yourself a favor and go to a different subway!!!!

I should have known what I was walking into when I saw I was the only black person in subway. I didn’t think too much of it because there were black people at the gas station next door. Anyway my experience was awful no one changed their gloves, meat was cold, very rude in their tone as if I was the problem. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak wrap with lettuce pickles cucumbers light onions and olives with chipotle sauce…. I got a sprinkle of everything and one scoop of meat spread out as if it was double meat…..Worst sandwich ever!!!!! I will never stop here again and I will definitely keep going to the subway on Robert Bell Pkwy because this one is not it for us. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN The girl at the gas station was sweet ?
