I dined there tonight and was horrified to witness a very unprofessional and negative interaction between Logan (the manager) and an elderly female bartender towards a professional looking female patron who simply sent a drink back because the waiter didn't make the correct drink. The entire experience was underwhelming and lackluster. From the service to the food, everything was bland and disappointing. The burgers were dry, overcooked, unseasoned, and clearly made from poor-quality meat. The sides, fries and onion rings, tasted like something straight from the freezer section at a grocery store. Honestly, I would have preferred McDonald’s, at least there, I know exactly what I’m getting.
I definitely will not be returning.
Great burger selection. I’ve had a few and loved them all. Tasty wings at the pub. Love the Ramen. I like that it’s child friendly and there are options for everyone in a group.
