I ordered some food for dinner on May 6, 2025 at approximately 8:45pm. Long wait for about 35-40 minutes. The manager or supervisor told me no more white meat (chicken) left. Also, I noticed a male employee wearing black uniform sitting behind the register on his cell phone and noticed a young female employee walking around on her cell phone then walk back to the drive thru window. Several customers came inside upset because they had to wait an extremely long amount of time on their food. The supervisor did a good job with customer service and apologized to me for the long wait. A strict cell phone policy needs to be enforced with employees on their cell phone during working hours!!

Spent close to $100 Door Dashing the16 pc chicken teender meal. Chicken tenders were tough and hurt my teeth because they were tiny and had very little meat on them. I ordered biscuits as a side and got ONE biscuit. Will not order from them anymore. Overpriced and I'm underwhelmed.

There wew at least 5 workers and we waited for 30+ minutes before they asked to see our receipt so they could do our order. The dinning room wasn't very clean and the napkin dispensers were both empty. Won't stop again.

Three of us stopped for lunch at this KFC today. Two of us got the 2 piece dinner and one of us got the 3 piece dinner. Upon entering the restaurant , we found it very clean and with a friendly staff. Our dinners were cooked perfectly and were delicious. After we ate and started to leave, the staff thanked us for coming. With the friendly staff and perfect food, I must give them 5 stars. We will definitely go there again.
