I ordered a double quarter meal made like a big mac with a large caramel frappe no whip. The sandwich was made incorrectly and the drink had whip. I returned for a remake and the patties they gave me were not fresh off the grill and dry. The box was full lettuce and mac sauce and my pickles and onions were nowhere to be found. Anytime I come through this location I can count on an issue. This total order was over $30 and the last they'll receive from me. I called to speak with a manager and I'm sure he hung up on me. As a former district manager for McCopCo this is so disappointing this is my local McDonalds. I am looking for somewhere to post the photos of my food

Ordered using kiosk, Simple order, 2 hot coffee. Waited 20 mins inside, then the order was wrong, large coffee had no sugar, small had 3 packs...un drink able. Didn't discover until miles away. Waste of time and money.

Stopped for breakfast and slid my way through the restaurant as the floors in the entire restaurant were slick from grease. 10 mins to get order filled. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Glad the food prep worker was actually wearing gloves, but no hair nets by any food prep worker, I guess it would interrupt with messing their hair up.
