Service here is very poor. If you go inside to order expect a very long wait. Honestly, just avoid this place.

Mangers are rude, unprofessional and lazy. These mangers don't know anything about customer service, food quality, etc. These mangers knows a lot about nothing and very little about anything. The food there is pathetic and been sitting in that warmer probably 2 hours. Dried out eggs, cold pancakes. Hardees has better staff and service than this place. Avoid this place. The quality of food shows the laziness of the managers and staff working there. THERE ARE WAY BETTER PLACES THAN THIS DUMP

Fries were warm! Chicken sandwich was burnt and had been under the warmer for a noticeably long time and you could taste that! Was not good at all!

I am starting to get really tired of the location. Everything I go there all of a sudden something is missing from my order and I know I have loss at least $40 from missing items, less amount of nuggets this is crazy Im at the point where I have to count nuggets this location needs real management to makes sure things are being handled correctly and im not expecting anything from my loss but im at the end with this location

Great service and fresh food every time! The staff was friendly, the line moved quickly, and our order was accurate. The fries were hot, the burgers were fresh, and the place was clean. Perfect spot for a quick, satisfying meal!

I ordered a double quarter meal made like a big mac with a large caramel frappe no whip. The sandwich was made incorrectly and the drink had whip. I returned for a remake and the patties they gave me were not fresh off the grill and dry. The box was full lettuce and mac sauce and my pickles and onions were nowhere to be found. Anytime I come through this location I can count on an issue. This total order was over $30 and the last they'll receive from me. I called to speak with a manager and I'm sure he hung up on me. As a former district manager for McCopCo this is so disappointing this is my local McDonalds. I am looking for somewhere to post the photos of my food
