Called to place an order whoever answered thd phone was VERY rude we asked for a price of the family box and was told she didn't know until she put in what we wanted. She end up putting it in as our order then got an Attitude when we end up not wanting it yelled to the pizza maker to stop making the order the whole time I was trying to make my order all u can hear was her phone alerts going off & ringing she talking & playing with the other coworkers I had to keep saying hello to see if she even paying me any attention PEOPLE WHO COME IN OR CALL TO SPEND THEY MONEY SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THIS KIND OF FOOLISHNESS or an employee's attitude

They suck they have no set hours to be open.. they just open and close when they feel like it , it's sad
I placed an online order for delivery. I waited a whole hour and half and it never came. I drove up to the pizza hut location, not a sole working, no cars insight, and door was locked. I'm out of $60.00 as it was already processed out my account and no food. Not the first time this site has been with no staff when they suppose to be open. May as well close the business down. If you can't operate a successful business then there's no need to have one.

Location is short staffed, so be prepared for any mishaps. Manager on duty gave my refund back after ordering which was good.

Y'all just need to close down,give it upYou get 10 dislikes for every time I tried to place a order and y'all was closed,or not taking on line orders,or for not accepting customers points and not to mention messing up my order.You get 1 BIG FAT ZEROAnd the only reason I gave you a star is because I have too.Do better or let someone else get that spot.

How long are gonna keep the staff you got there, very rude people especially the young slim boy at the register. I ordered a large meat lover they gave me two boxes when I got there. The boxes weren't seal up with 4slices in each one they didn't explain why this was . I paid 26.00 for a medium size pizza I wanted a big New Yorker as advertised they say they no longer have it, but it's advertised, so I ordered a large pan pizza and I got something that looked like a pizza. I will never return to this store again I go to barwell instead..
