The staff are RUDE. Our food was cold, and we was missing food out our order.
I sat at the window for 6 minutes so I pulled up to the main window to order when I did so they had the whole entire staff come to the window just to tell me no they would not take my order at the window and the cashier just got there so I needed to pull around to get to the back of the line and wait all over again so I did so and when I did, I ordered the way they asked me to and my order still ended up messed up. I was missing some of my food in the order as well.
They NEVER get the order right. Always give super tiny portions. There’s a lot that they claim to not offer but if you order online they’ll give it to you. Staff is really rude and does not listen to customer requests. I asked for a cantina chicken bowl with no cabbage so they gave me lettuce instead. Which doesn’t even come on the cantina chicken bowl and they didn’t ask if I wanted that. Once had a really nice girl take my order but when I got to the window it obviously wasn’t the same girl. She had a completely different attitude and I gave her a $5 tip just for her to roll her eyes and smack her gum right after…
Ordered 3 Cantina Chicken soft tacos and received what I can only believe the to maybe Chicken. I'm going to leave this photo so you can be the judge.
Food was what's hot and well prepared.

I went thru the drive thru the other day and I had ordered a Mexican pizza and chicken pot pie and a hard taco let me jus say that was the nastiest Mexican pizza I have ever had and been sick ever since I ate there 4 days ago will not go back
Stopped by the drive through today to get food for the family. I asked the person taking the order on the speaker to give me a minute so that we could decide. He acknowledged then 30 seconds later asks us again for our order twice in rapid succession. At that point he let out an audible frustrated sigh when it was clear we weren’t ready. I realized then that he wasn’t cut out for customer service and that our experience from then on out would likely be subpar, so we left and drove to the Hardee’s in Hampton. The folks at Hardee’s were kind, pleasant, and attentive. I give Hardees five stars.

Needs new management..BAD. I refuse to go back at this point. Employees are usually rude and always unprofessional. You’re having a good visit if they actually get your food correct. Typically not the hottest or the freshest, yet EVERY TIME you go you’re pulled to the double doors to wait 30mins for your food. To usually be wrong anyways. Avoid at all cost.

Unfriendly staff every time I go do not recommend this place.
Plenty of employees there but not motivated to work they just were standing there. I ordered a 5 layer burrito something was not right with it either the nacho cheese or sour cream had a weird taste.
