Stopped by the drive through today to get food for the family. I asked the person taking the order on the speaker to give me a minute so that we could decide. He acknowledged then 30 seconds later asks us again for our order twice in rapid succession. At that point he let out an audible frustrated sigh when it was clear we weren’t ready. I realized then that he wasn’t cut out for customer service and that our experience from then on out would likely be subpar, so we left and drove to the Hardee’s in Hampton. The folks at Hardee’s were kind, pleasant, and attentive. I give Hardees five stars.

Plenty of employees there but not motivated to work they just were standing there. I ordered a 5 layer burrito something was not right with it either the nacho cheese or sour cream had a weird taste.

Honestly Taco Bell is the worst fast food place in Hampton. They get things wrong everytime they are slow none of them care to be there. Someone who was fired there even shared some photos of when they worked there of roaches crawling around all over the food and there somehow still open.

ZERO STARS. I Recently moved to SC, decided to eat at this Taco Bell to try it out. Wishing that I never did! The workers were beyond rude rushing my order, Handed me a bag that was soaked in sour cream and when I told the employee she rudely handed me napkins, The food was disappointing as well none of it tasted fresh and half of the order was wrong. My suggestion is for nobody to eat here unless you want to be waiting in a line for 45 mins for cold nasty food while dealing with rude employees.

Stopped at the Taco Bell/Kentucky Fried Chicken while headed down to Beaufort. Ordered the new chicken nuggets combo and cinnamon twist. Had to pull around and wait. Was not given any sauce for the nuggets and no fries that were to be included in the combo. The cinnamon twists were so stale I could not eat them.
This place is getting worse and worse. Last time I had to wait 30 minutes for them to make tacos and a pot pie that I was told would only take 4 minutes since they are cooking already. Every time I go I have to pull around to the other side and wait on food.

I ordered three Loco Dorito taco supreme and it was extremely awful!! Customer service was great but I was highly disappointed with the way the food tasted!! Someone in higher management needs to look into this matter especially district managers!! It is a disgrace to order something and then you have to throw it out!!

So I pulled up, lady said "KFC Taco Bell". I said "I'm going to do KFC please." She says "I'm not taking any orders right now." Like ok, so why didn't you lead with that? Probably a good thing for my stomach that I wasn't able to get food anyway, considering the other guy's review.
