Great place to eat , not many places that are good on the road for us truckers.

The fried catfish was tasty and tender. The pulled pork had way too much fat but tasted good. The banana pudding and hush puppies were good.

I stopped by for a shrimp po'boy, and I was very happy with it. They give large portions and friendly service.

Soul food at it's best! I'm from around here so I know. I grew up eating the best fried chicken and other southern delicacies. Don't let the location between two gas stations fool you. It's real food cooked by real people. Can eat at covered picnic tables, or take out, order online, or order there. We waited 10 minutes. The collards were great, probably cooked with pork. Fried okra was good. I had the fried white fish. Not too much breading and tasted like fish in a good way. You could make a meal by sharing sides. Food was hot when we got back to our hotel. I'm a stickler for friendly polite service. The lady who took our order was that and more. This probably is the best food near Hardeeville unless you drive 15 minutes to Bluffton for a $100++ fancy restaurant. They had smoked chicken and other meats if you want to avoid fried. Nothing was too salty. I'm happy to help because I'm from here. Traveling folks from up north, be adventurous, give it a try. It's on my radar to stop again when I'm passing through on my many trips to Florida a year. It beats Cracker barrel in every way, food, service, don't have to wait 20 minutes for your food. Pretty decent food. Had to wait about 30 minutes for food and they didn't go in order which was interesting. Mac and cheese and okra were very good. Pulled pork, tenders, chicken and brisket were good. No seating inside but a few tables outside.

Very awesome place to eat very good bbq! The sweet potato pie was outstanding too!

Oh my goodness my turkey wing was falling off the bone!!!! The food and service was phenomenal. We were traveling for Spring Break and stopped here. The food is made with love!!! Will definitely go back the next time we are that way. Wish the restaurant was local where I live. Thank you for such an Amazing experience!!!!

Little bitty place off a highway exchange. Simple but absolutely delicious. Made us hungry travelers very happy. And the banana pudding is heavenly.

Great reason to turn off the 95! Had a 2 meat combo with Brisket and shrimp. Everything was wonderful, my wife was raving about the mac and banana pudding.

Everything take out, but they have picnic tables. The chicken was the best ever. It's very juicy and crunchy. Made to order, yet not much wait time. It's not fancy by any means. Just home cooked chicken & the locals came for lunch

Eh ... very sub par chicken. Dried out and not fried well. I did like the corn bread and the collard greens. The mac and cheese tasted very old and spongy.

Horrible food and just a rundown, filthy looking place. I should have turned around and gone somewhere else.
