Please do not come here! They are understaffed and the Subway (attached to DQ) worker said they have been out of ice cream for a while now. I think they are about to close. Save yourself the time and go to a different one!

Unbelievable - ZERO STARI ordered the turtle blizzard, lite chocolate, extra Carmel and pecan. The server handed me a chocolate mixture. I said, this is too much chocolate. She responded, it comes with chocolate. I replied I know that's why I requested "lite" chocolate. I've ordered the blizzard for years. Today was the first time I had to request NO Chocolate. She was angry. I get it. She remade the blizzard and place my medium order in a small cup. I said, is this medium, standing in front of the display with cup size. She replied, "YES". I walked away.

I have been too this location a few times now and can't say any one time was that great of an experience. Last time I was shocked when the girl behind the counter told me she was not allowed to accept my change because she had already punched the whole dollar amount I had given her into the register. It's really sad when an adult is unable to count back change, but why would we put that adult in charge of money?Then today my fiance ordered a medium chocolate dipped cone and when she handed it to him, she said she was sorry that the ice cream got soft on her. She handed him a real mess. The cone was dripping chocolate all over the paper and on the 10 napkins she gave him with it. The ice cream had like went flat and mushroomed out over the sides ofe so glad to see the u the cone. He now has ruined a pair of shorts and his t shirt. Btw the same girl waited on !him as me last time so not only can she not count change back, she also can't make the ice cream dishes we know and love? So why is she working there?

It was basically bad in almost every way, they didn't have French fries there and served you with chips. They didn't have burgers there either. The worker looked at us like she didn't want us to be there and for the first time the ice cream didn't even work. There's a Burger King down the road. I suggest for people to go to Burger King than going to this DQ. It was a complete disappointment coming here.Update: I tried the chicken and it was all wet and cold. I'll make sure to not go here next time

Stopped by on our way through SC on a road trip. We ordered a kids meal with apple sauce. The apple sauce expired in JULY of 2022 and it’s now December.
I usually give people the benefit of the doubt. Buuuut keeping expired food on hand for five months just reeks of poor food safety.
Worst place to eat. She put hell lotta mayo for no reason. Worst Dairy Queen.

Google says the location hours are til 10 pm. 9:25 pm arrival DQ is closed. I questioned the hours and how 7 weeks ago it was reported open til 10 pm and listed on Google search as the hours. Three guys in there closing said "No. We close at 9." In this turbulent time recovering from Coviditis every single place needs to be diligent in it's record keeping and religiously update open hours on Google as these changes are made. This responsibility should fall on the restaurant general manager. The public should not be left to GUESS when a store is open or not. It doesn't take 5 min to update the hours once changed on Google listing which probably MOST parton's who look this location up are going to see.
