Really bad experience. We stood at the counter for a while and no one ever came to take our order, so I ended up placing a pickup order just to get helped. There was also a guy who had already been waiting over 30 minutes for his order, which says a lot.
The staff didn’t seem to know the difference between an iced matcha and a frozen matcha, and my husband's drink was wrong too. We ordered a cold brew and got espresso instead, then they said they were out of cold brew after giving me the drink. That should’ve been mentioned beforehand.
Overall the place felt really disorganized with long waits and lots of confusion.

Drive thru was so slow. We waited in it for 30 minutes. They gave us a drink we didn’t order and almost gave us food that wasn’t ours. Our food was burnt too. The staff were very disorganized and not friendly. Not worth $30. We will not be coming back to this Dunkin!

Never place an online order at this store! You can’t pickup inside and the drive-thru line is always wrapped around the building. I’ve paid for several drinks that I haven’t received because of 15+ minute wait times. Not sure if it’s the staff or the manager but this place needs a change. DD you are LOSING business at this store!

This place has severely gone down the drain in the last couple months. Drive thru is so inconsistent. One day it’s open, the next it’s not. If the drive thru is closed & you already placed a mobile order, you still have to talk to someone at the register saying you placed a mobile order & then they’ll prepare it. Instead of just making it & having it ready. Lobby looks like it hardly gets cleaned.

Barely any cream cheese on bagel and the coffee had more milk than coffee. The plus side, brought coffee back in and they fixed it.

This place cannot get anything right,, if you go thru the drive thru you wait like 20 for your drink and food! I ordered hot large tea they gave me coffee , not once but three different times! Also if you go like in 7 am on Sunday no one is there and it still takes 20 mint to get anything!!!! what the hell !!! Between getting the orders wrong and the time it takes to get your stuff I could of walk across to MC DEEs and got food and came back and still waited for my stuff. There is no reason for this at all just bad management

This Dunkin is gross. Trash everywhere outside. Trash inside. My donut box was dripping with spilled coffee. Employee was nice, but this place needs corporate to come clean.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The restrooms were filthy, the employees were unprofessional, and the entire work/kitchen area was disgusting. I understand they may be short-staffed, but that’s no excuse for the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service. This location desperately needs new management, a deep clean, and better staffing. 0/10 — would NOT recommend. Save your coins.
