The most idiotic people working. It took them forever to take peoples orders, no sense of urgency to get peoples drinks. One person would do the register and drinks while the two other sat in the back not helping with the line going out the door. they completely forgot to make my two sandwiches after waiting for 25 minutes, then when i reminded them they quickly made it and made the completely wrong order. horrible working staff.

I stop here every other month when I come to the area. Nearly every time the food is melt in your mouth fresh, coffee is always on point, and staff is wonderful. This last stop had me wondering if all the staff had a bad day. No greeting and no thank you. The donuts tasted like they were left over from the day before, even though it was 9:30a.m. Even with that off day, I'll continue to stop. I have faith. Recommend!
The drive thru person was nice and they were very quick but my iced caramel latte tasted disgusting. It tasted extremely burnt and had very little milk. I asked for extra cream and sugar to fix it but it was so bad.

Though I am just traveling through, there are some things that I do expect. Service was fair. The cashier seemed less than thrilled to have a customer. The order took about 10 minutes to complete despite being the only customer in the facility. This experience could have been better.

Counter service was great. Restrooms were filthy and not only that but there wasn't any soap!!! For customers or workers.....I brought it to their attention and didn't see any one go in to address that issue and we were there for over an hour. Thank goodness I carry hand sanitizer.
Thsi morning was amazing never got my todo thsi fast through drive thru. Food was hot and ready and delicious even my drink was done correctly all under a a couple minutes (2)

This location needs to be closed down. They had more than 5 employees in the lobby having what appeared to be a Christmas party and eating zaxbys. While I was waiting for my online order, they kept staring and asking what I’m here for at least 3 times and did not move once, basically indirectly asking me to leave. They were all on the clock acting as if I was an inconvenience for being there and it took 20 minutes to get my simple coffee order. They had one person doing all the work ( sweet Hispanic girl)while they sat in the lobby pointing at me. She was the only decent person working and there were more than enough employees. I will never return here.

I have worked for Dunkin for years and I have never been so disappointed in a manager. I live next door to the bakery me and her were like family she's a mom to me and it hurt when she stabbed me in the back. Saying I would hurt her n I'm not allowed to be on the property or she will call police. Even when I'm not on the clock the night she fired my bf n me we didn't even get a written or a second chance just thrown away like a piece of trash. And all this is because another bake wanted our help but she wanted hers done first. I need to get to see her and talk about anything I'm hoping in the future she changes her mind because I'm willing to come back to be a supervisor

This was my first time here omw to the airport, and it couldn't have been a better experience! Asontee was so sweet and helpful, she made my whole day..a real pick me up for the drive ahead. Amazing service, and the donuts were fabulous.
