Definitely not fast food. It took 12 minutes to get to the pickup window and even then the food was not ready. It is a convenient stop after leaving the airport, but this is not the the first time this stop has taken more than fifteen minutes with no cars in line. The workers are rude as hell. This obviously a chronic problem and there are other food options close by so I will not return.

I had the worst egg mcmuffin combo at this location. The egg mcmuffin was dry and barely warm. The hash brown was barely warm. I came at breakfast time and it was very busy. You have to order from the touchscreen at this location they had four of them. You follow the directions on the touchscreen, but the employees don't follow the directions. Let me explain. The touchscreen instructed me if I was eating in to take a table number marker and input the number so that when your order is ready, they will bring it to you. and it gives you your order number and tells you to remember it. Something told me to stay close by the counter. When my order is ready, this fool is calling out my table number instead of bringing me my food. SMH
Don’t get in the left lane at this one for carry out. We sat for 30 mins at the order spot while the right hand lane had 5 cars from behind us continue on ahead. It’s one thing to be busy, I understand that. But not to be rude and then ignore someone for 30+ mins. Things happen but kindness and communication makes all the difference.

I had a disappointing experience with McDonald’s customer service. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and it felt like they didn’t care about the customers. I waited over 15 minutes just to pay cash for an order, and when I finally got my food, it was cold. I tried to speak to a manager, but they seemed just as uninterested. No one apologized or even acknowledged the poor service. I expect better from such a well-known chain. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Literally sat in the drive thru line for 10 minutes behind 2 cars not moving. Gave up and went inside to 1 of 4 kiosks open and no employee working counter. Kiosk was SLOW. Also who charges more for light ice in the soda? Already charging 1.79 and when I hit light ice it was $1.99 for each of 3 drinks. Then I had to get my own anyway?!? Would not recommend this location unless you want to waste 30 minutes on your trip and pay extra for less ice.

Last Wednesday night around 8 PM, it took them about 40 minutes to serve our order. There was also a lady who had to complain because her food was cold. Terrible customer service.
The food was mediocre as expected but every single table was nasty, the trash was overflowing, no napkins anywhere... gross

We stopped in on our vacation just cuz it's quick and convenient and I have never seen a McDonald's that wasn't clean. They had no lemonade they had no ketchup. I cannot believe no ketchup. The food was all right. It wasn't great. The staff was friendly. This McDonald's really needs to have the district manager come in and clean house. This was the worst McDonald's I have ever been to.
