Absolutely horrible on this last visit had to go to kiosk to order my food even though paying with cash ordered through the kiosk receipt would not print went to front desk they would not help me I stood there for 10 minutes then asked for assistance and got told they're too busy

Order two large SWEET teas, it took me about 15 minutes to actually get them. There wasn't any in the lobby! There was adequate staffing but everyone including the crew leader were not concerned about getting the orders to the customers in the lobby. Then on top of all that foolishness, I over heard her asking for more tea at the drive thru where she was making my teas. Well, she should of asked for sugar too I actually was given two large unsweetened teas. I DID NOT ASK FOR UNSWEETENED TEA!. I didn't have time to return them because I was on the way to work overnight!🤬They seriously need to get it together on the weekends!!!🙄

This is the freaking worst McDonald’s I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH MANAGEMENT IS RUDE HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER SHE REFUSE TO ATLEAST SAY HER FIRST NAME. I think if u work in serving customers u should be at least pleasant to customers. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS MCDONALDS EVER. 2 hrs until closing and they aren’t making any sweet tea. Smh. Starts with management. I wouldn’t recommend anybody dealing with the lack of doing there job. And order was WRONG. ————- stars

One Star is Too Generous for This Joke of a McDonald’s
I had the most infuriating fast food experience of my life at this McDonald’s (August 3 @ 7:09pm)—and I use the term fast very loosely, because nothing about this visit resembled speed, service, or sanity.
Let’s start with the drive-thru. I had a mobile order for two 6-piece nuggets. Simple enough, right? Apparently not. We waited 8 minutes just to be acknowledged at the speaker. Eight. Minutes. Just to say something. When someone finally bothered to speak, I gave them the mobile order code and politely asked if we could add three small waters since the app doesn’t offer them. The response? “Absolutely.” Sounded promising.
What followed was 18 more minutes of waiting in line for what turned out to be cold chicken nuggets and exactly zero waters. When I asked about the waters (again), they told me it would be $1.11 each. I asked, “Are you serious?” because we had already asked at the speaker and were told it wasn’t a problem.
The cashier’s exact response? “It’s not my problem.” Not “I’m sorry.” Not “Let me check.” Just blunt apathy, as if I hadn’t just wasted 26 minutes of my life in a drive-thru line for cold food and a lie.
McDonald’s, if your staff can’t manage a mobile order and a basic request for drinking water without attitude, confusion, or incompetence, then why are you even open? There are better run lemonade stands. At least they don’t charge over a dollar for tap water after 26 minutes of waiting.
Bottom line: Never going back. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save yourself the time, money, and rising blood pressure and go literally anywhere else.

Online order was made and it took them over 40 minutes when they weren’t pack or in a rush. When I received my food it’s was cold and dry. Never will be stopping by here ever again. If I could give no stars I would rather do that instead.
Stopped on 95N to get gas. The kids wanted McDonalds, had to drive 2-3 miles, this was the closest one. I ordered thru the app to avoid people. Once we got there, we had a long wait time still. All the tables were dirty, inside and outside. The manager was leaving as we got there. Employees stayed huddled up after that. They could care less. Very unattentive. No condiments on napkins available in the lobby near the drink machine. Food was alright. My daughter’s nuggets for her kids meal were cold. As we ate they accumulated a line out the door of people waiting on their orders. What should have been a quick in and out on our way home from vacation in Florida was a terrible experience. I see why it has a 3 star review; that’s being generous. I’ll make sure to steer clear of this location.

Why is this McDonald's so slow and the people so unfriendly? I work approximately 5 minutes from this McDonald's and it nearly takes every minute of my lunch time to place and receive my order minus the 5 minutes to get here and back to my work.

I have visited this McDonalds store #20522 twice. The first time was a while ago but it was so bad, it left and impression. Today’s visit was just as bad (if not worse). The wait was long (close to 30 minutes). You would think having to wait that long that the food would be fresh and hot. NOT! The burgers were cold and not fit to eat and the fries were not fully cooked. It was a waste of time and money $34! The place was not clean looking and the staff were not friendly ( probably because they were stressed!) poor management. Come on McDonalds! Step up.. I will never again visit this store!
