Great pizza at a great price. (Not paying tourist prices here!) Ordered 2 hand-tossed pepperoni pizzas in 3 days. Staff is always pleasant and pizza quality is consistent. Bravo!

Topping was awesome, but dough is way to chewy. Late order, maybe their dough, or old dough. Scrap off topping and put it on bread ?. Now it's good.

I grew up in Boston, which is known for great Pizza. Lived in Connecticut which is known for great Pizza. The SPC is as good a pizza you will find in Boston or Connecticut. The crust had great chew and taste. The toppings were equally great. This is a loud recommendation for a, must go, to this company. Soda and pizza cost 40 dollars for the New York thin crust and 4 toppings. That included a significant tax, a little less than 5 bucks. If you like good pizza, this is a must go.

I placed an order online for pickup. When I got home a few minutes later with my order, I realized one item from my order was not there. I immediately called for a refund of that item since they did not give me my full order. However, they said they are not authorized to do a refund. What business can't give a refund? They knew they forgot to give me my full order but refused to refund me or offer any type of credit. They didn't apologize for their error and only placed me on hold indefinitely. Terrible experience won't go there again

Ordered delivery and was an issue getting our food actually delivered through a third party. However after few phone calls the manager said he will drive it himself to make sure we still had dinner. He was nothing but accommodating and took every measure to make a situation right that wasn’t even their fault. What an incredible level of service and did not go unnoticed. We just moved into the area and they have earned our business for the long haul. Not to mention the pizza was absolutely fantastic!! 10/10.

Excellent customer service!

Called in an order this evening and when I came to pick up I was told half of the order was missed over the phone. They were extremely busy and the gentleman working up front apologized and rushed the rest of the order out while running ragged with other customers. When it was done he apologized again and threw an extra pizza the kitchen had made. Recently moved nearby and will be a long term customer!

Ordered a large pizza with 2 toppings. Price with $6.75 delivery charge was almost $30! It was supposed to be delivered in 45 minutes to our house 9/10 of a mile away. We agreed. One hour and 45 minutes later I called to see where it was. She said Door Dash hadn't even picked it up yet!

I asked if it had been sitting the there that whole time and was told "yes". I asked that it be re-made and was told "okay" and that someone from the store would deliver it. 20 minutes later, they showed up with a cold, soggy pizza. The bottom of the box was cold, wet and greasy, obviously the original pizza. Merely a "sorry, it's late"!!!! I'll never order from there again and will let all my neighbors know.

p.s. I'm a former business owner and this is no way to treat your customers.

We stopped in to get takeout and placed an order for take out. While we waited in the restaurant, they took orders for 3 other customers and made the food for each of those customers before putting ours in the oven. They did not put our pizza in the oven until at least 40 minutes after we ordered it.
