I ordered a Venti mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino. I pay the extra to get the extra coffee. I pay the extra to get the large size. I think that’s why we all pay for things when we want more we pay for it when we want better we pay for it And it was so sad as a company of Starbucks caliber will stoop so low as to steal from its customers I consider this theft when you serve me more than half a cup of whipped cream and less than a small cup of coffee. So sad this is what you have to do to your customers in order to make it.

A lot of focus on the drive-thru none on the register. Person who took my order almost seemed annoyed that they had to do it.. really need to find a new place to get my coffee

Stopped while traveling. Only ordered 2 drinks. They made the wrong drink. Charged us for 2, but had me swipe to get refunded and recharged my card for 1 drink. I will have to check statement to see if credit went back on card. Staff was friendly and drinks were good.

Ordered thru app for pickup in store. When I arrived the cafe was closed, only drive thru was open. Well I was driving a truck and towing a trailer. I tried calling the store to see if they could bring it to the door. No one answered. So I had to disconnect my trailer in order to use drive thru.
I assume they had staffing issues but can’t they disable the in store order option? I would not have ordered. What a waste of my time!
