I have been in numerous Starbucks in Canada and the US, this Starbucks was the worst customer service I ever experienced.
The person at the cash was rude and looked like they really didn't want to be there.
The Pike place drip coffee we got tasted like it had been done for hours and tasted off.
I asked for a cinnamon coffee cake and they automatically warmed it without asking; I always take it cold.

Absolutely hands-down the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The drink was awful. The customer service was worse.
This is added after Starbucks responded below: I actually did ask the barista to remake the drink in the drive-through and she took the drink back for me walked away for literally three seconds and then brought the same drink back out to me and I gave up at that point so there’s a lot of work that needs to be done at this location.

This place is awful. Cups are filled about halfway and the orders are usually wrong. Today I drove off with a Venti cup filled no fuller than a grande and they had not included the flavoring I had paid for.

Rude staff. Three people working, no one in drive through, no one in store yet they say they can’t only take mobile orders and drive through because they are “short staffed” . None of the staff was doing anything when we tried to order and they sent us away…. Do better STARBUCKS!!!

Workers forgot key this morning and had to open later, they and refused to actually open when they were supposed to. They refused to tell anyone what was going on. They wouldn't talk on the mic as we sat and waiting forever in line. We drove up to the window and they refused to come to the window and tell us why they were doing that. We are now at dunkin across the road because these workers can actually do their job. Horrible experience.

Won't ever stop at this Starbucks again. For $15 we received two very sad half filled iced lattes with 3-4 inches of empty space remaining in our cups. 2 bathrooms inside, but customers wait unnecessarily longer in line because only one is open to customers and it was absolutely disgusting. I guess it's okay to the employees since they don't have to use it. Food case was understandably empty due to shortages caused by hurricane Milton, but two muffins remained looking like they were thrown in there a while back. Something behind the scenes is seriously not working for this store.

Today, a young man was so incredibly rude to me that I’ve decided not to return. There’s a Dunkin Donuts across the street. I’m typing this as I enjoy a Dunkin Donuts pumpkin spice latte. Also- Dunkin Donuts doesn’t routinely run out of inventory the way Starbucks does. If they DO run out, they’re apologetic. This Starbucks treats you like it’s some kind of privilege to drink their overpriced coffee. This location allows its employees to treat customers like trash, too. I would give a name but this employee refused to provide his name. He wasn’t wearing a name tag. He wasn’t wearing a uniform. He had an evil eye necklace and a horrible attitude. Young man- you don’t need an evil eye necklace when you treat people with respect. Never coming back.

We were there on 10/11/2024 at 7:20pm. The closing time on the glass was 8:00pm.
The workers were Lindsey, McKayla, and Sophie or Sophia. Not sure on the spellings.
We were staying at a nearby hotel and decided to walk over to get us something to drink. We walked up to go in and the front door was locked but the workers were inside and would not acknowledge us.
We went to the drive thru to order and they refused to service us. There were also 2 minority truck drivers who could in no way go thru the drive thru and they discriminated against both of them and also refused to serve them. This is a disgrace for any company not to mention a woke liberal left wing company like Starbucks.

my husband's coffee was cold. they told him it was because he put cream in.
they only had one bathroom open you would think they could clean it. this is the dirtiest Starbucks bathroom I have ever been to and there was no toilet paper to boot.
Definitely wouldn't recommend this Starbucks. If they don't clean their one bathroom. what else are they not cleaning that you can't see?
