The manager (?) announced he was shutting down service around 6:30 21/12/24 which I understand, shutting down to regroup after an extremely busy run. But when I asked when he thought he could reopen service, he refused to answer or even acknowledge that he’s been asked anything. We are been stuck in traffic for hours on the interstate and were staying in the hotel behind this location. So we just wanted something quick to eat. I grabbed a hotdog out of the heater for dinner instead. The cashier at the gas station counter. It’s extremely nice and I hope she has a wonderful Christmas But that manager, if that’s what he was at Subway. I hope his Christmas sucks.

If the option can be zero, it would be zero. Poor customer service, even worse tasting food. The manager was actually present, and it didn't make it any better. His name was Darvy. Unsure, how Darvy is the manager of this location, but that shouldn't be the case, as he has a very condescending tone when he talks to the customers and rude.

Sorry for the mediocre review but the lettuce was brown, the avocado was disgusting looking. Just couldn't get passed the old food. The service was good but it's in a convenient store.

The food didn't taste fresh. Definitely made my stomach upset. And the manager needed me to repeat myself on everything I was ordering, while also rushing me. I should've just kept driving to the Georgia welcome center for bathrooms and food.

Employee left my sandwiches on the counter after they were heated up to do a bunch of other things and it took so long that they ended up getting really cold. Also they have an I don't care attitude which is fine, I will not come by this location anymore 👍🏾

If I could give it zero stars, I would. The workers are beyond slow. They don’t know how to make sandwiches. After toasting (burning) my bread, yoo could break a tooth it was so hard. The lettuce was brown. There are things on the menu they no longer offer. The floor was disgusting. Not one table to sit at had been cleaned off.

I ordered from DoorDash and received an old seven days past due apple juice. I tried calling numerous times. No answers. I didn’t eat my order at all. After seeing the moldy drink, I only sniffed my sandwich. Which it smelled really bad also. This place needs to be shut down immediately!!
