If I could give it zero stars, I would. The workers are beyond slow. They don’t know how to make sandwiches. After toasting (burning) my bread, yoo could break a tooth it was so hard. The lettuce was brown. There are things on the menu they no longer offer. The floor was disgusting. Not one table to sit at had been cleaned off.

I ordered from DoorDash and received an old seven days past due apple juice. I tried calling numerous times. No answers. I didn’t eat my order at all. After seeing the moldy drink, I only sniffed my sandwich. Which it smelled really bad also. This place needs to be shut down immediately!!

It's a subway and there is no bread to make subs? I can only assume that's a lack of poor management. Someone failed to either order bread or prep it. It's a whole process. The bread dough shows up frozen. You lay out the frozen 12 in sub roll dough in a pan on the rack, then you rise it in the warming oven then you bake it. It's all supposed to be done ahead of opening so that you can be prepared to provide your customer for the #1 food item they come to the establishment for

No one is ever here ready to work it's always a 10min wait just to get someone to come to the counter even with the stupid doorbell they have, they never have their breads made, half the toppings are missing or old, the cookies are the same ones from last year I'm pretty sure. It's not the worst subway I've ever seen but it's top 3. Someone need to step up and get this place straightened out.

Don’t stop here. Worst place ever. Would not open new lettuce for my Salad, the lettuce in the bins was wilted and brown, I told him I was serve safe certified and clearly that is bad lettuce and I don’t want to get sick. After arguing with me about his food costs, he proceeded to give me the sandwiches for my kids for free. You won’t open new lettuce, but you will give away 3 sandwiches for free to a willing to pay customer! We waited 30 mins for one girl to make three sandwiches. When I asked about the lettuce, 3 others walked out of the back. I walked out in frustration after traveling for 7hrs. Unbelievable… Subway is my favorite and this place should be shut down. 13 dollars an hour starting wage. Ridiculous!

Cookies are so old, taste horribly, bread is old and hard, out of a lot of condiments, just not a good place to eat at at all. Not to mention, we waited 20 minutes to get food, while only 2 people were infront of us. Coming from someone working in the fast food industry, this is beyond disgusting. Get it together Subway.

Definitely would not recommend eating here unless you want to wear food on your clothes. Just witnessed a girl tonight making a customers sub very sloppy and just slapping stuff together. A tomato fell off the sandwich and instead of throwing it away, she picks the tomato up and puts it back on the sandwich. Great customer service is hard to find anymore. If I was the customer, I would have made her make me a new sandwich.
