Girl behind the counter will try to say they are closing an hr and a half before close. Shes constantly on her airpod talking on the phone, will tell you shes out of stuff or that the oven is broken so she doesnt have to toast food. She shoves your sandwiches in the bag and doesnt even wrap them. This location sucks and the heavy black chick needs to be fired

We ordered online and the sandwiches were ready by the indicated time. However, the sandwich’s were nothing like we ordered. They gave us the correct meats but the incorrect cheese, half of the different toppings we asked for, no sauce or dressings, and all of these things are on the receipt. How is it that difficult to look at the receipt and build the sandwich? And yet they expect tips. Garbage.

Soo they upcharge by not displaying the subway classic menu... Then when asked had the nerve to say they changing the menu.. like huh.. nah y'all turned the last TV off so people can't order the classic and are forced to buy the same sub but with more ingredients to charge you more. 😂. No hair net braids past her butt top part not even done... Smh.. yet they wonder why they make minimum wage lmao also they don't promote the bogo which is online. This subway just makes up their own menu to charge you more. Typical truck stop up charging lmao. Food containers open flies buzzing around

I asked for a steak egg and cheese sandwich and this lady asked me if I want extra meat and showed me a tiny little container of meat and said that the 6 inch only comes with half of the container which isn't true. Then she charged me for extra cheese. She is shady. I'm surprised that she didn't try charging me for each individual vegetable. I got upset and rightfully so. I told her that I think that you are taking advantage of me because I travel to Subways all over this country and none of them ever tried charging me for individual things like you are. Someone from corporate needs to come in and watch these people and see what they are doing right and what they are doing wrong and train them properly. Nobody likes thinking that they are getting taken advantage of and that is exactly what I believe happened to me here. I was charged $11.04 for a 6 inch steak egg and cheese with 1 scoop of avocado. I was going to buy more things like cookies and chips but I changed my mind when she was playing her little upcharging games.

Could not have been slower service. The 3 workers are focused on gossiping with one customer while I was waiting and then there were several ppl in line behind me. No eye contact from the workers at all. Mumbling under their breath about some other worker the whole time. I only waited because we just traveled 6 hours through backroads and no lunch stops.

My wife and I came in yesterday afternoon. There were 3 young ladies working. One of the young ladies had long hair not tied back. Every time she would go to reach into the furthest container, her hair would slide across my wife’s sandwich she was preparing and also into the toppings. This happened multiple times and the employee was aware as she kept flipping her hair back.

There was some girl talking on the phone arguing with someone while making my sub, they’re out of a bunch of things, the bacon is pretty much raw, there’s no covers on the food containers, there’s a bunch of food mixed in the containers, and there was a few things of some sausage or whatever in the wrapping they put my sandwich in, the lady working there asked if I wanted cheese 3 times, she asked if I wanted it toasted I said no, then she started to toast it, the sandwiches taste sort of weird too so I’m just hoping I didn’t contract food poisoning or something from that bacon
