No sign, no explanation, two female employees at the counter. I saw them turn down seven other people while we were eating Taco Bell from the next counter. Taco Bell appreciates Subways business.

2-16-2024 around 11am The 2 women working here acted like they couldn’t be bothered and would have wished they didn’t have customers walk up. It’s as if they hated their jobs and people and loved to show it. Not only that, I ordered a tuna sub and when I unwrapped it, there was barely any tuna at all. Will NEVER stop at this subway on my trips up and down 95 again.

2 years ago: Meats mixed. If somebody can’t eat meat but they can have tuna then the meat is mixed with tuna. They can’t wrap a sandwich either.16 feb 2024: karen was horrible and so rude. she was yelling at us and rushing us for no reason.

I gave it five stars because it's the best you can do when you're a Subway inside a Pilot truck stop! The sub was good, the service was fast, and the atmosphere is exactly what you would expect. Satisfies a need.

Ordered 2 6 in mine hardly any meat asked for lite aioli sauce and it was poured on. My granddaughter had very little meat too much sauce. Also the employees were rude,little communication from them . Will bypass this Subway.

It officially announced that the restaurant opens at 7:00A.M.Every Time I come there at 7:30 A.M. I will always hear them saying we are not opened yet, because one of the colleagues are being late. I have realized, that nobody knows about that, and you are losing money every morning. Check the balance sheet for that restaurant, no purchases until 8a.m., I am guaranteed.Subway is losing its name hiring these kind of employees.

They charged me for a more expensive sandwich. Essentially charging me $4 more for the same sandwich and didn't give me the extra cheese that sandwich would have

We came in for breakfast m, no flatbread and no eggs so we got lunch sandwiches. The wheat bread is stale and hard. The girl rang up our orders on the computer and then made our sandwiches with the same gloves - gross! Our order was to go, no napkins in the bag .Overall, I cannot recommend this subway location.
