We went in today at 1:00 and ordered some food. We then asked for cookies and the lady looked at us, rolled her eyes, and said, 'Do you want the last two?' My mother said no, thank you. That would cause conflict. The lady glared at my mother and said maybe you should teach your kids to eat different flavors then rolled her eyes and snickered. The disrespect we received was beyond my shock.

This is twice now I've been here and I'm a regular customer and the gentleman is very rude. I asked for bell peppers and he put banana peppers and when I corrected him he caught attitude and took them off. Then I clearly said light mayo and mustard only to get a sandwich coated in it no problem it's ok. Well I guess napkins are hard to come by bc not a one. It's went down hill and I don't care what ppl say about Covid and hard to get help bc your attitude is what makes your business and he's going to make it go down fast

Would give a zero or negative if I could. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. From your order isn't right to no customer service. Even if your order isn't correct they will try to argue with you even though your receipt says otherwise. You have to get an attitude just to get decent service. Do not do online orders. If you want it right you need to go in there. Shut this place down. #GoodRiddance

Terrible customer service. Arrived at 5:30 on a Sunday and they were “closed” and refused to serve my family after we had been on the road traveling for hours. The hours of operation should’ve been until 10pm so unsure why the doors were locked with the employees inside doing nothing.
