Service was horrible. Nobody helps you. Restaurant is completely dirty. Disgusting from beginning to end, including the bathrooms would highly not recommend this place.

Mold/thick black build up on the ice dispenser (where the ice pours out). Saw that after I paid for and received my food, didnt drink the drink because of it. Took one bite of the food but couldn't trust it after that. Visibly dirty kitchen and food prep area. Music absolutely blaring from the back. Very unfriendly staff, took forever to be acknowledged. Just unfortunately not a good location.

I'm going to post everything bad when I come to this taco bell till they fix it , i'm a big fan of Taco Bell and this Taco Bell itself is very depressing and said corporation needs to do something about it and fix every problem. Today, the ice machine don't work.

Horrible. Honestly, just eat at the gas station instead — you might get better service. The doors were closed, so dine-in wasn’t even an option. Pulled into the drive-thru and immediately got hit with: “Hi, CaN yA hEaRsfgEy mEafC mObBsGe oRdEvAh” …literal gibberish. I said, “Can you repeat that?” and they responded with MORE gibberish: “wEhFsG dOn’T sHoW dO mOnStEr oRdEsGsH.” At that point, I just gave up and tried to order anyway. Then they interrupted me and suddenly, magically, spoke English: “WE ONLY TAKE MOBILE ORDERS.” Finally. Words. I was already annoyed, but I was hungry, so I pulled over, placed an online order, paid, and went back through the drive-thru. Same thing ... more gibberish ... so I just said my name for the order. Silence. For like five full minutes. No response. Nothing. So I pulled up to the window. After they took their sweet time, we finally got the food. It looked like they dumped an entire gallon of sauce on it (not complaining about that part). But then we opened the salad bowl… HALF FULL. No black beans. NONE. It was $10. Overall? 1 star. Go here if you’re bored and want to waste your time.

Me and 3 other cars sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. The car ahead of me decided to drive off so I drove around and headed inside. When I pulled around, one of the employees was standing outside with a headset. I walked inside and noticed only 1 other employee and I asked if they were open and she told me no. I said okay and walked back outside and asked the lady with the headset if there were open and she said yes…confusingly I walked back inside with her and she kept asking me “who told you no?”. I said idk her…and then she says “what you gonna get”…I decided to say goodnight and just leave. Worst atmosphere and customer service since I’ve lived down here…
