Me and 3 other cars sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. The car ahead of me decided to drive off so I drove around and headed inside. When I pulled around, one of the employees was standing outside with a headset. I walked inside and noticed only 1 other employee and I asked if they were open and she told me no. I said okay and walked back outside and asked the lady with the headset if there were open and she said yes…confusingly I walked back inside with her and she kept asking me “who told you no?”. I said idk her…and then she says “what you gonna get”…I decided to say goodnight and just leave. Worst atmosphere and customer service since I’ve lived down here…

AVOID!! Middle of a roadtrip and this taco bell gave us completely shattered broken taco shells on all tacos which I had to try to eat while driving and make a mess all over my car. Guy at the drive thru was rude and double placed an order by accident. Also the portions are not filled even half way. reviews are true !!
First my wife and I are diabetic. I ordered 2 diet mountain dew sodas. When I was three quarters of the way done with the soda I realized they gave me regular mountain dew, with sugar in it.
Second I ordered 2 discovery lucs boxes. I received No nacho chips at all and no chalupas at all. I go to this Taco Bell all the time, but this was the absolute worst service I ever experienced.
Third 2 extra cinnamon straw and got 4. They had absolutely no cinnamon on them and they were absolutely disgusting. I had to throw them out. I am so disgusted. Plus I was online in the drive threw for a total of 13 minutes.

I’d give a zero if I could, poor communication, location was “closed” due to short staff but clearly listed as open with all of the lights on. Clearly poorly managed.

Service was uhm. Fine I guess. Employee simply handed me my food. Nothing special. Food was hot and tasted ok, but the size of a $6 burrito was ridiculous.
No cashier. 50% of the ordering kiosks were broken. Not a great look for a well known chain.

Showed up at 5pm to them saying they aren't taking orders at the drive through so I drove around to order inside. The doors were locked with one employee mopping and two employees sitting in the dining room with over ear headphones on playing on a tablet and the other on their phone. Why have store hours and open sign on if you have no intention of working...

Closed in the middle of the day for no reason have 9 cars in the drive through when I asked why they simply said we aren’t taking orders now - no sign no anything to stop customers from wasting there time
