Service was jacked. No idea why everything was taking so long but there were literally a couple guys in front of me that waited 30 minutes. It took our order 25 minutes and it was messily made with an item forgotten. They seemed to have enough people working, but it also seemed like it was an entirely new crew that didn't even have uniforms, yet.

came to get nachos and fries or even cheese potatoes but they like to tell everyone that they don’t have anything besides tacos and burritos because they don’t want to turn on the fryers. do not come here if you want pretty much anything in the menu

The kiosk doesn't reflect the menu board. It greatly slows everything down and I watched a couple walk out as I was approaching. Only Kiosk works and it's been like that for months. You need to do better

This was the most disgusting Taco Bell food I have ever had. I ordered a Mexican pizza in the drive thru, I couldn’t even eat it. It was so horribly soggy and the meat tasted like fuel. They didn’t give me a fork so the little bit I did eat had to be eaten with my fingers. Needless to say I won’t be going back to Taco Bell. No pics because I tossed it.

Service was trash! We ordered online. Sat in the drive thru for over 5 mins, two cars in front of us. Backed out of drive thru, went inside to grab food. Two males, using profanity loudly not even caring I was there. Finally got my food. Food was cold. Drinks had no ice. Which was fine cause I don’t care for ice. But the drinks were flat. Took the food back. Then was told they were out of ice but clearly didn’t tell me when I picked up. Still shouldn’t have been flat. Asked for a refund. Couldn’t get it back because we ordered online. The young female Jasmine who’s a trainer offered to remake all the food fresh. Jasmine did more than the manager. She should definitely be at a better store than this one.

Over 1 hour wait for 2 taco meals. Wasn't that busy, served everyone who came after us first, spoke to them multiple times and they just said it was comming soon. Workers were beyond slow and couldn't care less. Asked for a refund, which they canceled the wrong order and refunded us someone else's order, before getting it right. Left without food and an hours later
