Went in at 9:47 pm and staff was cleaning and saying they’re closed. Hours clearly state that they are open until 11:00 pm. Staff member stated they’re closed because they’ve been working long shifts and ready to go home. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.

If I could give them zero star I would. We got it from doordash, the delivery was pretty quick. The taco shells were old, stale, tasteless with a feeling in your throat like old cooking oil but way worse then after 30 minutes you can still have that disgusting feeling in your throat. I called doordash to get my refund and after spending several minutes on the line they refunded only $10 back to my card and $10 more as credit but i wont be using doordash anymore since they didn't want to refund at leats the food money. They could have kept the tips and fees. I spent more than $30 on my order of those disgusting tacos and they only could give me $10 back. Please never eat at this taco bell. If we get sick at least we know the reason why because after one bite of that disgusting shells we had enough. I wish the corporate will do more on having this kind of stores open.

Walked to counter at 5:20pm and standing at register being ignored by 3 employees who were all food prepping, when I finally asked them when someone was going to take my order? Was told they are "not taking orders" because they just received a large order and they would be "out of food" unreal.

The worst food of any Taco Bell I have ever been to. Every aspect was horrendous. Moldy taco shell. Took one bite and spit it out. Even if they would have gotten my toppings right it would not have been edible.

If I could give them zero stars I would!!! The service was terrible. The girl with that ponytail with that hat sitting on top of her head has the nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen. This place is the epitome of rude and disrespect. I wouldn’t send my worse enemy here. I have never in my life experienced such horrible customer service. However, DO NOT COME TO THIS TACO BELL!!!!

This particular location does not honor specials on Taco Bell’s website that are available at other nearby locations. I gather that the franchisee chooses not to do this due to their location on I-95 and a major highway and simply due to the fact that they’re greedy. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
