It's been 10 years. And I will never forget. I stayed on a paper mill hunting lodge for wealthy hunters. My friend was the Chef. He recommends the pig and I was blown away. True American mom and pop!
Wonderful off the beaten path place for bbq lunch. They had a buffet that was marvelous. Food so good we will visit again on our travels. We always frequent places we can’t find at home.
We have eaten at the Pink Pig 4 times now, and the food was very good every time. Fried Chicken, Fried Scallops, Fried Shrimp, and the pulled pork sandwich each were well made and generous in servings. Important to note: They accept only cash or local checks. They have an ATM machine which should not be trusted. It did not give me my requested cash, but did debit my bank account. It took a while to get my cash back, but they did not reimburse me for $7 in service charges, claiming...
