At the Hardeeville SC location 468D Mark Cummings Rd, owner was seen making food without any gloves on. Picking up tomatoes, cheese and other various toppings to make flatbread, wraps (etc) while wiping his hands off on his clothing. I immediately asked for a refund as I felt his food handling practices were unsanitary. He got upset and went on a rant about being a chef at 5 star restaurants and how he has an A rating for Tropical Smoothie from DHEC. He is disgusting and nasty...read full review
absolutely the rudest and most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. just went to same place in Charleston and the quality of the food is 100times better. I do not give many bad recommendations, but this place is run horrible, the girl working and said she was in charge they do not have a Manger said the owner told them to give less product on sandwiches and wraps. That's not good.
Love the Detox Island Green. People are SO friendly!
