I stop by at least once a week and order multiple items for my office team. It is always wonderful and consistent. Staff is so friendly and tell me, by name, to have a great day. (even if I order 8 items at 8 am) Love this place.

As a frequent customer/consumer of this particular location….my experience yesterday and today, were night & day.

9AUG2025: Order Peanut butter cup add whey (same order every visit). Could not finish consuming shake due to blend quality (to thick ice chunks/almost half a banana unblended) I can still see pieces of banana on my lawn from dumping out the shake.

10AUG2025: Same order and man the quality hits different for sure!!! PEACH (asked her to write her name on my cup) created a TOP QUALITY consumable shake. Silky smooth through out. Talk about MASTER CLASS quality ;). I guess you could say this “shake would bring all the boys to the yard”…shrug.

I love tropical smoothie okay; however, this location will close sooner than the hours listed on the store and online. It’s a bit disappointing. The least they could do is leave a courtesy note on the door explaining that they now close at whatever time due to whatever reason.

Worst experience ever, young girl didn't want to accept the cash payment without asking the manager if it was okay, and she gave me a minimum wage attitude 1:40pm today 07/12/25

I and or my wife goes there 3-4 times a week getting their$12 açaí bowls and have never had an issue aside from the açaí bowels lately being 1/2 or maybe 3/4 of the açaí mix. Lately their “premade/mixed” bowls have been less than desirable and have steadily declined on the amount of açaí that is in them. Not only that but they stop making any “food” bowls etc at 8:30 on the dot! Never had an issue with them doing one at 830-840 but I was told “we only do smoothies” starting at 8:30 which must be a new policy or one instituted by the “exceptional “ staff they have working there in the one near the Hardeville Walmart. I get it’s hard to find good workers but wow they are hurting there for good employees

Ordered on line was there 2 mins after my pick up time, was not greeted when I walked in. Stood there for 15 mins without anyone acknowledging me, not even a sorry we will be right with you. But acknowledged the person that came in a few mins after me. The 3 ladies there didn't even look at me. I get it you are busy, & maybe short staffed, but they just kept making smoothies for the 3 people at the table & the drive thru, and not 1 of them apologizing for the wait. I will NEVER go to the hardeeville place again.

The staff at the folding island rd are always polite, they greet you when you walk in & tell you to have a good day when leaving. And if they are busy, they will make the attempt to let you know they will be right with you.
I wasn't looking to get waited on as soon as I walked in, just a hello, and not leave me standing for 15 mins without even saying anything to me.
I'll drive the extra time to go to folding island road.

I always get through sunrise sunset extra turbinato with buffalo chicken wrap love it. Staff is always on point

Always love me some tropical smoothie, food is good atmosphere is nice, customer service is great but the only complaint I have is that they take forever so if you are planning to go there just make sure you have plenty of time and not in a rush other than that the place is good, I always get the chia banana boost with pea protein and the spinach feta wrap which is fresh made please try it! Their açaí bowl are really good too but the portions are really small for their price, quesadillas are good too.

EDIT: I don't think my review requires additional info. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a common complaint. It might be time to change your hours to reflect when you are actually open or hold your employees to a standard that requires them to stay open until 9pm. You have feedback from multiple customers, the ball is in your court to fix the problem.

I tried to take my kids to get a smoothie after a game. The posted hours say they close at 9pm. We arrived at 8:35 and they were already completely closed up. We drove a half hour out of our way for nothing.
