We ordered 45.00 of food and one meal didn’t get their fry’s , one meal the burger looked like it was old and ran through the grader. One burger didn’t receive any bacon when it calls for bacon. Soda was flat.

This Wendy’s is absolutely disgusting. There was garbage all over the place, the floors were filthy, and the bathrooms were completely revolting. the service was terrible, and the whole restaurant felt dirty and neglected. This is easily one of the most disgusting fast-food places I’ve ever seen. Avoid this location at all costs

Walking inside today thinking that this was so great and convenient being right off the highway was my initial thoughts until we had to hear a full conversation of an employee on her phone in the lobby discussing her personal situation that obviously happened the day (or days) before. We were subjected to her unfortunate story which was laced with profanity I might add. I walked in the bathroom and could still hear her clearly frustrated about the whole situation. I when I came out I really thought it was a customer due to the type of conversation being had over the phone, but to my disbelief it was an employee wearing a blue Wendy’s uniform sitting in the lobby right by the register area where we ordered our food. How embarrassing for us as a person of color witnessing this type of unprofessionalism with other customers entering this location. To add insult to injury, our food was ordered to go and there were no single ketchup packets available, as well as I ordered sour cream and chives potato and it did not come with sour cream. When asked and informed that it was none in the bag your customer said that it was an extra 50 cents (which was not an issue) however why would you list a price for an item that clearly said it came together. What kind of business is this? The food was hot but the whole experience made this the worst stop we have made on our journey. Unhappy customers.

Overall, great. Burgers and fries were always tasty and fresh. The drive through AI was not my favorite and they could add a little more ice to their drinks, but we liked it enough that we went a few times while we were in the area.

I ordered a triple baconator combo what is lettuce tomato and mayonnaise no pickles or onions with a strawberry refresher substitute for a soda the sandwich tasted fresh and grilled and the bun was great and it didn't fall apart but the french fries were rubbery and kind of cold and I think it's because they were put in the bag first and they were not fresh considering we were driving a U-Haul truck and could not go underneath the canopy we had to walk underneath and order from the windows standing up outside and they had no problem with that so that was cool the dining room was closed due to the late hour so we had to go through the drive-thru.

This not speaking with people and ordering from a tablet is not a great experience. Took us about 4 times longer to figure out how to order while the people just looked us while saying the dining room closes in 15 min.

Wish our group was able to speak with someone to put an order in as I get the self service side but he experience just sucked! Especially as a group.

Other things is the bathrooms were really dirty which makes you question the kitchen. The dining room was not too bad but all the garbage cans were overflowing so you can only assume things get done when they absolutely need to be done and not because there is a schedule in place.

I enjoy Wendy’s when on road trips but if I come across this one again I will most likely pass

Worst chicken sandwich I have ever had at a Wendy’s. Place was dirty, bathrooms were discussing and staff was just there because they had to be. Not a great experience

I came in with a friend who has a severe onion allergy and we really needed to speak to a person so the order would be right. We were told we have to order at the kiosk when there was 3 employees standing there on their phone who could've helped us. I believe one of them was a manager. So of course we order at the kiosk and of course it was made wrong so when I brought the mistake up to the manager she looked at me like I was stupid when I was explaining what happened. One of the other employees every time I looked at her she was staring at me with a nasty look on her face I don't know what I did to her but it was very uncomfortable. Needless to say they finally got the order right but the burgers were all dried and the corners were burnt and it was just a terrible experience all together. This was about 9:00 at night as well so I guess they don't pay their night crew very well. Y'all got to do better!

Why post your hours that you're open till 12am if you aren't going to fulfill an order placed at 11:21pm. Multiple times from this location of trying to order food when getting done with work and either told they are closed or just won't fulfill the order. If I was the business owner of this location I'd be reviewing my labor costs and why orders aren't being taken or filled after 11pm.
